Pickup between 8:00 and 8:30 AM from your hotel or accommodation in Catania, where you will meet the Environmental Guide who will accompany you in the Jeep during the excursion.

Arrival at Mount Etna after approximately one hour. Visit a lava flow cave with provided torches and helmets, followed by a 10-minute stop at a bar. Then, enjoy a 2-hour trek to the Silvestri craters. At 12:30 PM, a tasting and light lunch will be offered.

The excursion is user-friendly, and the presence of the Environmental Guide ensures the trek is adjusted to suit the abilities of all participants.

Recommended! - Highly recommended! A small group with volcano tour. Very nice and with all the explanation about the area. Includes a vineyard visit and tasting. (Also has other tour options) Lucca is very friendly. Thank you.

Excursion to Etna - August 29, 2025 was an unforgettable excursion to Etna with Giuseppe. Giuseppe is a super professional in his business, a very competent guide, a wonderful storyteller and just a very nice person! We came under the house, the tour was in a jeep(there were two of us and a child), which is very convenient! The road to the volcano passed unnoticed for a pleasant and informative conversation. Well-crafted itinerary, leisurely walk and fascinating stories, with many interesting details and personal experiences. Excellent communication with the guide, both before the tour and after .Visited more grotto, unforgettable sensation!.Who has never been to Etna, highly recommended!After the volcano we stopped for lunch, which was included in the price (very nice and convenient)!

Etna Tour - The Guide recovered us in the morning in the center of Catania with a 4X4. The Lucca guide is a very experienced person who knows his territory very well very nice and lovable person. Council if you want to know Etna and its surroundings in the region.

Etna Half-Day Tour - The excursion includes climbing the volcano at 2200m then a walk on recent craters before a meal. The guide is at the top and gives plenty of information. I regretted that the walk to the volcano was no longer long. However, if you are looking for an easy access path in half a day and don’t have a car, this is the trip for you!

Good excursion but the trek could have been a little longer. - Good excursion that allows to have explanations about the volcano, its different craters, types of rocks, vegetation etc...
A tasting allows you to discover different products (pistachio cream, wines, honey, chocolate...)
The meal also allows you to discover Sicilian specialities.
However, the trek could have been longer to discover Etna and its landscapes.
