• Nicolosi - After a journey of 1.5 hours, upon request, the first stop can be made in Nicolosi to visit the Mother Church and enjoy a local pastry with coffee.
• Craters Silvestri of Mount Etna - Following Nicolosi, the scenic road of Etna will be taken, and after approximately 30 minutes of travel, surrounded by nature, the journey will reach an altitude of 2000 meters to stop at the Silvestri Craters, the main attraction.
• Syracuse - Return to Syracuse at the requested drop-off point, a 2-hour drive from the Silvestri Craters of Etna.

From Taormina or Siracusa, we take the motorway and exit at Giarre. Along the way, we’ll pass through several lesser-known local villages where you can appreciate the architectural charm of small churches, central squares, and get a glimpse of authentic Sicilian life in the island’s interior.

Next, we’ll travel on a local road that takes us to an altitude of 1920 meters, reaching Piazzale Rifugio Sapienza. Here, you can witness the remnants of various eruptions from past centuries that have both devastated entire villages and created spectacular displays of lava flows and volcanic ash clouds.

We then return to Syracuse or Taormina.
