Xiapu County - Upon arrival, guests will receive a warm welcome from their local tour guide at Xiapu Railway Station and be comfortably transported to their hotel in a private vehicle. After a brief rest, enjoy a delightful and authentic lunch at Xiapu Seafood Stall Street. In the afternoon, visitors will be driven to Xiaohao Village, renowned for its sandy mudflats and stunning sunsets. The freshwater channel descending from the mountain transforms into a new winding path after each tide. Under the play of various lights, it resembles a bright neon from a distance. With light, there is an endless source of creativity. The eastern part of Xiaohao is ideal for backlit photography, with the beach’s colors shifting with the light, offering photographers unexpected delights. The western side is perfect for front-lit photography, capturing the grand scale of kelp harvesting - fishing boats moving like powerful forces among the sea’s bamboo poles, resembling a grand symphony of dancing musical notes. Then, proceed to Dongbi Village for sunset. Surrounded by mountains, Dongbi Village offers a wide view, making it an ideal sunset spot. The photography locations on the east wall not only capture the magnificent sunset but also the scene of fishermen casting nets. As some fishermen hang their nets on the mudflat, capturing images of these ordinary tools can enhance your collection of culturally themed photographs of Xiapu. Afterward, guests will be transferred back to their hotel.

Beiqi Village-Weijiang Village-Dong’an Island

Xiapu County - Today, rise early and head to Beiqi Village for a breathtaking sunrise. The scenery of Beiqi Village is picturesque, with a beautiful beach. In 2012, it was named one of the “80 Most Beautiful Places in China” by Digital Photography magazine and has been recommended as one of the 22 major photography destinations. Over 200,000 filmmakers from around the world capture the beach’s scenery annually. The morning’s golden sunlight transforms the mudflat into a dreamy, colorful world. The famous tiger-skin-like stripes of the mudflat, along with the shadows of fishermen, boats, and poles, create a harmonious painting. Later, visitors will be driven to Weijiang Village in Xiapu County, another location known for seaweed farming in China’s northeast Fujian Province. Locals refer to this island as “Mantoushan,” or “steamed bun mountain,” due to its resemblance to a Chinese steamed bun. At low tide, a remarkable curved sandbar appears like a bridge to the island. Visitors can observe hanging oysters and kelp on slender bamboo poles, with thousands of poles standing on the vast beach and numerous fishing boats navigating through them. Finally, guests will visit Dong’an Island, known as “Venice on the Sea.” Comprising thousands of fish tanks and hundreds of wooden houses, this village is the most concentrated fish farm with a magnificent view. From a nearby hill, the harmonious, vibrant, tranquil, and idyllic scene is enchanting. Finally, guests will be transferred to Xiapu Railway Station.
