Best part of our trip to Hanoi! - This service made our trip to Hanoi absolutely amazing! Lily organised my partner and I to be picked up from the airport to be transferred to our hotel, which was very easy and great after a long late night flight. We then messages Lily for suggestions on a day trip to Ninh Bình, and she had it all covered! We got a private driver Me Hoan in a lovely car, and a lovely private English speaking tour guide named Johnny who was incredible. He made the day so interesting! We visited the 500 steps, the Pagoda, the Temple of the ancient city, and finished it off in the most beautiful boat ride. I cannot recommend this service enough!! You have to try this transfer - We had a fantastic assitant, Jolie. We were in the middle of nowhere in Tam coc. Our driver picked us up and he leave us in a complicated location in Halong. He was waiting until everithing was ok. We changed the hour for the next ride and in the last minute we changed the arrive. Jolie and her team were always helping us!!
