Best part of our trip to Hanoi! - This service made our trip to Hanoi absolutely amazing! Lily organised my partner and I to be picked up from the airport to be transferred to our hotel, which was very easy and great after a long late night flight. We then messages Lily for suggestions on a day trip to Ninh Bình, and she had it all covered! We got a private driver Me Hoan in a lovely car, and a lovely private English speaking tour guide named Johnny who was incredible. He made the day so interesting! We visited the 500 steps, the Pagoda, the Temple of the ancient city, and finished it off in the most beautiful boat ride. I cannot recommend this service enough!! Simply Perfect - The private car we rented with the help of Anna was in a perfect condition. The booking, payment and driving was an excellent experience and we can only recommend it. We forgot a phone in the car and Anna helped us within no time to get it back after we realised it was left in the car. Truly reliable.

Transportation is okay - but expect surprising price changes... - We (group) had booked several trips at HTS in advance and provided exact details of the pick-ups (airports and hotels, all with contact address and telephone number) when booking. Pick up was always on time, the cars were clean, the drivers drove cautiously and were helpful. A vehicle experienced (clutch?) damage while we were traveling near Hanoi. A replacement vehicle was organized within 10 minutes. That was managed great. We didn't like the fact that half a day before a pick-up we were told that they had miscalculated the price for this route and now had to charge us 90 USD instead of the agreed 18 USD. And this twice: For the round trip. After a short search, I found another company that transported us for $70 each way. My subjective impression: We were first given a favorable total price to get the order and then surprised with a hefty request....
