Smooth Sailing Sleeper: Ninh Binh to Hue - This bus transfer from Ninh Binh to Hue was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Each of the 20 pods had working AC, USB power plug and a semi-reclined sleeping platform with adjustable cushion, and a blanket. There is a curtain for privacy. No shoes allowed in the bus, and they give you a plastic bag for them. Floor is padded. Bathroom was clean and basic, but serviced during the night. No complaints. No odors.
Clientele all young folks on our trip, and from a variety of nations. We were the only older folks. Nobody created any unnecessary noise, and there was no partying. Arrived an hour early. No crazy driving. A few stops were made, but we never got off the bus during the night.
The office is right on the main road in Tam Coc, and a short walk from the Tam Coc Boat Tour parking and ticket area. That is where the bus meets you, but you go the Footprints office and Tony or another staff member will guide you to the bus and help you with bags.
The only unclear thing we found was that the drop off address showed two addresses. We thought that meant two stops, but everyone gets off at the North Bus Station. That is about a 17-20 minute Grab ride from the city center where our hotel is located.
Would definitely choose this company again. Well done.

Upgrade from medium to high class - We were upgraded from middle class to the highest on 3 levels because more room in mid class. The lowest Eco Class Awards are the same for all airlines, however Mid Class is the cheapest Award we found for one airline and in addition we finally got for free was upgraded to benefit from these really top sleeper buses.

Night bus to hue - There were 3 or 4 too many people on the bus, they slept in the corridor and you had to monkey around to go to the bathroom. We even found a bed occupied when we returned! Anyway, the trip was comfortable; we arrived an hour early and this wasn't exactly a good thing because at 5.30 there is no connection and you are at the mercy of tourist hunters.
What can I say... You have to adapt to local customs and be alert so as not to pay the full 30% more.

Don't buy with this company - I booked my trip from hue to Ninh Binh with this company, then send an SMS informing that the pickup location has changed. Okay, it could happen. I was also informed of the bus registration number, which I found very useful. The bus is incredibly new, spacious and clean. The only problem is the level at which the air conditioner is on!!! I CONGELEI in two hours of travel!!!! The Bus makes a break for the drivers to dine. Almost finished the banquet drive to the bus and everything in there. A group turned to the driver to ask him to raise the air temperature because we were all cold, this little looks at us and only gives us a signal with the hand (roughly) for us to enter the Bus all this with a beautiful toothpick. Professional!!! I know that I am in Vietnam but the least of sympathy could have for the tourists who are mostly using this type of travel!!!

Bus driving as crazy no possible to sleep - I think it was a mistake to take the bus. Tam coc hue is 10 hours trip. They did in 6.5 hours driving super fast and crazy . I wanted to vomite and was really sick . We would choose a train next time . Bed is comfortable but with that speed you are sacked every moment and cannot sleep . So we arrived 4 am in the middle of hue without any hotel or bar opened it was hard.

Trip from Hell - Dirty Bus,40+ stops to pick up locals and Cargo, incl.Boxes Oysters and a Moto Bike.2 or 3 People per Cabin and 4 in the walkway.Safety is definitely not a priority. The back roads where full of potholes and honking the horn every few meter made it hard to sleep. The trip was the opposite from what is advertised. The Company should pay staff fair wages so there is no need to make extra cash

Sloppy service, even worse, their way of doing business - We booked the most expensive option with 20 individual cabins and a toilet. The cabins were actually pretty big and clean. However, it was impossible to catch a sleep because of the terrible driving. Sudden turns, harsh maneuvers that would literally lift you up the bunk, let alone the constant honking. There was a toilet on board, but it was completely unaccessible to us because the bus driver picked up additional PERSONS THAT SLEPT IN THE CORRIDOR!! They completely blocked the passage to the toilet, so be prepared to hold your pee for 12 hours. The bus also stopped twice for petrol in gas stations equipped with toilets, but the stops were not announced and I had to argue with the driver for descending the bus to take a leak. That was freaking ridiculous per se and even more considering the price we paid for the tickets. Furthermore, the bus arrived in Tam Coc with an hour of delay. Except from the nice cabins, the service was really sloppy, and the fact they basically denied access to the toilet to 20 paying customers just to pick up two additional persons located in the corridor is very disrespectful for everyone. Absolutely terrible.

Terrible drive from Phong Nha to Hoi An - We specially booked the more expensive VIP cabin bus with 20 seats and toilet so that we could sleep between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. during the journey. The bus, which arrived 20 minutes after the departure time, was larger and did not have a toilet. When we started the journey, the man from the office informed us that the bus would only go to Da Nang and from there we would be taken to Hoi An by taxi "free of charge". During the journey the bus driver stopped twice at food stalls to fortify himself. Neither the duration of the breaks nor the possibility of using a toilet were communicated. You could only use a toilet there upon request. At the second stop the bus was also washed...
When the bus stopped for the third time, we were told that we were in Da Nang, that a taxi would arrive in 30 minutes and that we should stay seated for that long. Shortly before 6 a number of taxis arrived and initially argued about the rides. We ended up driving to Hoi An in several taxis and arrived there almost an hour late. Conclusion: this is NOT a sleeping bus, but rather a deterrent bus. We all had the impression that the trip was taking place for the first time.
