2:30 am: To witness the Taj Mahal at sunrise, your driver will pick you up from your hotel, airport, or any preferred location in Delhi. You will then travel to Agra in an air-conditioned vehicle via India’s renowned Yamuna Expressway (approximately 3-4 hours, around 210 km).

• Taj Mahal - 5:15 am: Upon arrival in Agra, take a brief stop at a hotel to freshen up or use the washroom before beginning the sunrise tour of the Taj Mahal. You will meet your professional tour guide in the hotel lobby or at another pre-arranged location in Agra.

5:30 am: Begin the tour with a breathtaking sunrise view of the Taj Mahal, a magnificent monument at the heart of India. Its story has captivated millions since the Taj Mahal became visible. Although the story concluded in 1631, it lives on through the Taj Mahal, a testament to eternal love. It is the love story of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal.

• Grand Mercure Agra - After visiting the Taj Mahal, enjoy a buffet breakfast.
• Agra Fort - Following the buffet breakfast, start the tour of Agra Fort, another UNESCO World Heritage site in Agra, India. Built by Akbar in red sandstone after consolidating his power in 1654, Agra Fort served as both a military strategic point and a royal residence.

Agra is renowned for its exquisite handicrafts.

Later, enjoy shopping in Agra, a key center for handicrafts, particularly marble inlay work. The Mughals were great patrons of art and craft, with Empress Noorjahan taking a personal interest and excelling in zari embroidery. Agra’s major handicraft products include leather goods, brassware, carpets, jewelry, and embroidery.

• Yamuna Expressway Master Plan - After completing your tour in Agra, you will be driven back to Delhi. Your driver will drop you off at your hotel, airport, or any preferred location in Delhi.
