- Nong Khiaw - At approximately 9:00 AM, the group will depart from Nong Khiaw by tuk-tuk for a 15-minute ride. A 2 to 3-hour walk will follow, leading to the remote villages of Ban Naluang Lao Khmu Hmong. There will be a break for lunch and an opportunity to explore the village. Afterward, a 3 to 4-hour trek through the primary forest will be guided, offering stunning views and a connection to the lush, green mountain landscape, perfect for photography.
Around 4 or 5 PM, arrival at a small village with a mix of Tai Lao, Khmu, and Hmong tribes is expected. Here, participants can learn bamboo handicraft making from the village elders. The day will conclude with cooking, dinner, and an overnight stay.
DAY 2: In the morning, after enjoying tea or coffee and breakfast, the journey continues by boat to the next destination, Muang Noi village. The guide will lead a visit to a historical cave, Phanoi viewpoint, and a walk around the village. Lunch will be enjoyed along the way. Afterward, the group will proceed to Sopkong village and embark on a 1-hour trek to a waterfall, visible along the trail.
