Good idea but not smooth - To be clear, Fast Track saves a lot of time and is absolutely worth the money. However, the procedure in Bangkok is not smooth and needs serious improvement. We arrived at BKK on a flight from Siem Reap, Cambodia, but our final destination on the same ticket was Phuket. What we wanted to know and asked the company in a WhatsApp message was whether we would need to clear the immigration in Bangkok or Phuket. We did not get a clear answer, but assumed it would be BKK. Pre-arrival communications with the company by WhatsApp were otherwise excellent. In Bangkok however, instead of being met at our arrival gate C6, we were instructed to find our agent at Gate D5. This was not as easy as it sounded, since the agent meant ARRIVAL Gate D5 (not stated in earlier instructions) while we were intuitively looking for a DEPARTURE gate D5. They are very different and far away from one another. Having finally found the correct gate D5 and met the agent, we were directed to a relatively short immigration line in a special area, but the immigration officer didn’t want to process us though, as she couldn’t understand why we wanted to exit to the arrival hall in Bangkok while holding boarding passes to Phuket and could simply stay inside the terminal. By then, our Fast Track agent, instead of staying with us until we get our entry stamps, was long gone to explain or intervene on our behalf. After some back and forth with polite immigration higher-ups, we were finally allowed to “enter Thailand” into the baggage claim area in Bangkok, but had to re-enter the terminal through domestic departures as if we were starting our trip in Bangkok. Fortunately, we had more than enough time between flights and from many previous visits, I am very familiar with BKK airport. As we found out later, the international transit passengers who arrive in Bangkok can use the transfer desk and proceed to the domestic Phuket flight without clearing immigration procedures in Bangkok. On arrival in Phuket however, they will be verbally asked if they are “domestic or international “, and in the latter case directed to the “international” arrival line in Phuket to go through their immigration purgatory there. So Fast Track is definitely worthwhile but in this situation it would be more practical in Phuket. In short, the agent should meet his guests at their arrival gate and stay with them until they are done with immigration procedures. That didn’t happen and created a lot of hassle. Moreover, if the company realizes that a specific Fast Track booking is not necessary or not a good idea, the client should be notified and given an option to adjust or cancel.

Not worth the price - In the past, the person meeting you helped with check in, immigration and walking u to your gate. This time, it was taking me to immigration fast line and that was it, all in all 5 min. Not worth the $87.00 CAD.

Disappointed - Disappointing, needed to walk the length of the airport to find your rep. Having been flying for 12 hours and being elderly had hoped that your company might give the assistance your advertising sells WRONG, by the time i had walked to immigration it was easier to do it myself, total wast of money.

Bad Service - The service this trip was bad, no one is at the D5 opposite to take care the VIP service and had to cal a few times. Worst case no service ticket to go through VIP Fast Track.
