Buggy transfers are only available upon arrival at Suvarnabhumi airport.

The buggy service cannot operate (as an option) if you arrive at SAT1 New Terminal or Bus Gate due to airport conditions without prior notice. A partial refund for the buggy will be provided on a case-by-case basis.

Please send the required documents to apply for Visa On Arrival (VOA) at least 2 days in advance via email at thailongstay@thailandall.net.

To proceed with the service, all essential documents are required from the guest as follows:
• A copy of the passport for all passengers
• A copy of a confirmed return ticket to show that they are flying out of Thailand within 15 days of entry
• A copy of the hotel confirmation letter.
** Remark: Please bring 2 recent photographs (2”x 2”), a visa application form (received on arrival), an arrival card (received on arrival), and a VISA fee of 2,000 Baht/person, payable upon entry and subject to change without notice. It must be paid in cash and Thai currency only.

Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
