Best morning tour on the island - Amazing experience with the red sail crew. They are super professional and made the entire morning and absolute joy. I would without a doubt do this again and the lunch was incredible.

Excellent Time - Wonderful day. Three good snorkel spots and nice lunch. Crew was fun and helpful. Whole vibe of the boat was a delight. Highly recommended. I ended up solo bc my friend couldnt go and it was still perfect even on my own. Everyone was so friendly and safety was never an issue. So glad I went! Thanks Red Sails!

Poor communication with vendor - Booked a couple of shore excursions as part of a cruise. The ship did not change time zones, and we didn't know that was going to happen until it did. The other port of call, adjusted for our late arrival. Since we cruised in December, we booked in August and communicated with Ivy from Red Sail Sports via email. Ivy set up transportation to and from the cruise port. Since we learned we were not on AST time, we communicated with Red Sail Sports, and this time, Jenn was answering the emails. She is the person in the cruise department. She did not help navigate this issue and added insult to injury by being confrontational in her tone in the email. We did get a refund, but my family and I were really looking forward to going on this excursion.
