Beach, to Dessert, to Mountains in one trip - A must do in Aruba. The UTVs were great, rugged terrain that made them a lot of fun to drive but extremely safe. Beach was amazing, big waves and awesome scenery! Dave was a great host and guide!

Uncharted territory! - Uncharted territory! Truly the only way to see areas only accessible by all terrain vehicles. What an adventure and workout.

Get off the bus on onto a UTV! - We normally book diving and/or snorkeling on port days in the Caribbean, but this UTV tour really caught our eye. It was wonderful! We saw everything promised on the tour and had fun doing it. No stuffy boring buses - we were out there climbing rocky hills and mkaing dust. It was terrific, as were the sights.

Fun, adventure but no cliff jumping - Tour was great, definitely off-road fun and adventure. Tour was supposed to include cliff jumping but we didn’t get to do that, so that was a negative.

Minimum note - Totally misleading propaganda. Natural Cave Pool: not seen nor passed. Cliff Jumping: We didn't see it, it doesn't exist. 90% of the time running from UTV the other 10% are very quick stops and other points not mentioned. When trying to complain, no one answers.

Formal Complaint and Refund Request – Excursion False Advertisement - This review provides insight to my negative experience and the material misrepresentation, deceptive trade practices, and breach of contract arising from the excursion I purchased in the amount of $243.60 through Tripadvisor, also known as Viator. This experience was something I had been looking forward to for two months. After carefully researching options, I chose to book through your company specifically because of what was advertised, including but not limited to the detailed itinerary, online promotional descriptions, and accompanying photographs. I relied on these representations in making my decision to purchase, and they were the primary reason for selecting this excursion over others. The failure to deliver on these core promises has not only caused financial harm but also significantly impacted my expectations and overall experience in Aruba. The excursion was explicitly advertised as including eight (8) sites and prominently featured cliff jumping and swimming in a natural cave pool. These representations were not incidental; they were central, material inducements to purchase and were reinforced through repeated written descriptions and photographic depictions in promotional materials. Despite these express representations, the most significant and heavily marketed component of the excursion—the cliff jumping and natural pool experience—was entirely omitted. This material alteration was not disclosed prior to purchase, prior to departure, or at the commencement of the excursion. Only upon direct inquiry was I informed that the activity had been discontinued due to alleged government safety concerns. The failure to disclose the removal of a primary advertised feature constitutes a material omission and a deceptive business practice. Advertising a core component of an experience while knowingly failing to provide it, without prior notice or opportunity for cancellation, is inconsistent with basic consumer protection principles and may constitute false or misleading advertising. Furthermore, no partial refund, alternative accommodation, or meaningful remediation was offered. Instead, I was met with an unprofessional response from a company representative, compounding the failure of service. Because a fundamental and material element of the contracted experience was not provided, there has been a clear failure of consideration. Accordingly, I will be demanding a full refund of $243.60. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue all available remedies, including formal consumer protection complaints and chargeback proceedings. I expect a full refund within a reasonable timeframe. I am prepared to provide copies of receipts upon request as well as proof of confirmation of the excursion that I booked and paid for well in advance.
