• O Condominium - Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that utilizes various vibrations to promote healing of the body, mind, and spirit. It is based on two principles: that emotions vibrate at different frequencies, and that blocked or unexpressed emotions are a primary cause of discomfort.
  Participants will gather in a serene setting at Eagle Beach, beneath the sea grape trees, surrounded by birds, and overlooking the ocean with the soothing sound of waves. The session will commence with a guided meditation to help connect with the body, soul, and mind in the present moment. This will be followed by gentle stretching, leading into a relaxed position to fully experience and connect with the vibrations of each instrument near the ears.
  No prior experience is necessary. Participants are encouraged to maintain an open mind and heart to fully benefit from these vibrations. Some of the benefits of the sound bath include:

The sound healing bath takes place at Eagle Beach, which is ranked as the second-best beach in the world. It is conveniently located with access to public parking and transportation. Nestled among sea grape trees, the sounds of local birds and ocean waves create an ideal setting to connect with nature while experiencing the vibrations of the instruments.

This experience can also be offered in the comfort of a private villa for a minimum of four participants or as a private session. Group sessions are available only on Mondays at 10 am and Thursdays at 9:30 am.
