Disney Magic in a wetsuit - This was an absolutely magical experience! The tour was great and the boat captain / tour guide / photographer were excellent and very friendly and informative. You'd definitely want to go on an evening where there is less moon, because what you could see from the boat was just ok, what it looked like swimming was pretty great, and what it looked like with the snorkel gear they provided was astonishing. Too much light definitely makes it harder to see though. Wish our kids could have seen it with us.

Magical Experience - The tour is an amazing experience and the operators are first class. Our guides were professional, experienced, engaged, and really took care of us. I don't recommend taking the tour in October as the increased rain resulted in a multitude of mosquitos. The guides did their best, but my wife ended up with 80 bites (we counted) so bug repellent is a must in the fall.

Unbelievable! - What a great experience. Never seen anything like this and would say it’s definitely one of the wonders of the world. The staff were outstanding and not only did they answer everyone’s questions but made the trip extremely fun. Thanks!

The operator did not... - The operator did not communicate the pick up place clearly or ask where we were staying to get it right. The guides were friendly if not factually accurate about the starfish and jellies. Pretty sure several starfish will die after how they were handled which is very sad. It was also very overbooked for a small tour. The boat was so crowded it was hard to hear and move in and out of the boat. Total time was short at about 90 minutes start to finish. Loved seeing the plankton as it was a truly unique experience.

Just ok - The boat and crew were good. But the bioluminescence was not close to what was advertised Basically a canal between mansions. That were all lit up and if you splashed around in water you could kind of see something

Don't waste your money. - We were very disappointed. If you think you might see what is depicted even a little bit while on the excursion... You will be very disappointed. Plus, they don't tell you that the whole area is infested with mosquitoes. This is the biggest waste of money. Look at the photos instead of spending over $150 and getting bombarded with mosquito bites.

POOR Communication - The tour company failed to provide any details on when they would pick us up and the communication was terrible. As a result we didn’t go. There was no phone number provided and nobody at the Marriott had any information on them so there was no was to get in touch with them.

Do not book. They don't stand behind their bookings - This felt like a booking trap. We were allowed to book when seats didn't exist and were only informed six hours prior, when it was too late to book with a different vendor.
