The falls flow all year round. The swimming hole is a short accessible walk from the carpark. We will break for lunch around the large green grassy picnic area with tables. Lunch can be bought on the way or you can bring your own. - Magnetic Termite Mounds - Magnetic and Cathedral Termite Mounds are two attractions in Litchfield National Park. Built by termites, they are amazing architectural feats complete with arches, tunnels, chimneys, insulation and nursery chambers. Please be 5 minutes before your pick-up time in front of your hotel. We will introduce you to the rich history of Darwin, including Cyclone Tracy and World War Two, before living Darwin. After our short town tour, we will drive to our first destination. You will be back to your hotel at around 5:30 in the afternoon.
