The tour begins at the Hangman’s House, follows the Pegnitz River to the main market featuring the Frauenkirche and the Beautiful Fountain, continues to the historic town hall and the renowned Sebalduskirche, and concludes by passing through Weißgerbergasse, which largely escaped wartime destruction, over the Maxbrücke, and through the most picturesque part of the old town.
