Today remains of huge structures still bear witness to how this propaganda display was organized and produced. The exhibition in the Documentation Center Nazi Party Rally Grounds gives a comprehensive picture of the National Socialist dictatorship as well as the history of the Party Rallies. The educational forum offers numerous programs, and information boards on the Nazi Party Rally Grounds, which cover 4 square kilometers, explain the history of the site.

The International Military Tribunal conducted the Trial of Major War Criminals in Nuremberg between November 20, 1945, and October 1, 1946. The trial took place in Courtroom 600 of the Nuremberg Palace of Justice, earning it global recognition. Between 1946 and 1949, 12 additional ‘Subsequent Trials’ occurred within the same courtroom, presided over solely by U.S. military tribunals.

To this day, in the southeast region of Nuremberg, remnants of the former Nazi Party Rally Grounds continue to astonish visitors because of their enormous size, serving as a stark reminder of the National Socialist regime’s megalomania. This 4-square-mile area was purposed to provide an awe-inspiring backdrop to the Nazi parties’ rallies, demonstrating their strength, not just to Germany, but globally.
