• Post Office Nuwara Eliya - This historic post office was constructed in 1894 by the British during Sri Lanka’s colonial era. The building, made entirely of red brick, showcases the late 19th-century Victorian architectural style. The clock tower, designed to complement the building, is a notable feature.

In 2012, the upper floor of this post office was transformed into tourist accommodation at a cost of 5.4 million rupees.

• Victoria Park of Nuwara Eliya - Victoria Park is a public park situated in Nuwara Eliya, adjacent to the Nuwara Eliya Post Office in Sri Lanka.

Initially, the park served as the research field for Hakgala Botanical Garden. It was officially named in 1897 to honor Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee. The park’s establishment began with the planting of its first tree, an Oak, by a visiting German Princess. The Nanu Oya flows through the park, forming several small lakes. The park is home to a variety of rare bird species. At the park’s far end, there is a small children’s playground and a miniature rideable railway.

• Nuwara Eliya Golf Course - The Nuwara Eliya Golf Club is among the oldest golf clubs in Sri Lanka. Founded in the late 19th century, it is located in the hill station of Nuwara Eliya and features an 18-hole golf course.
• Seetha Amman Kovil - Seetha Amman Temple, also known as Seetha Eliya Seethai Amman Thirukkovil or Ashok Vatika Sita Temple, is an ancient Vaishnavite Hindu temple in the Nuwara Eliya District of Central Sri Lanka. The temple’s legend is closely linked to the Hindu epic, the Ramayana.
• Ambewela Farms - Ambewela Farm is the leading milk product supplier in the country. It is located in a small town called Ambewela, situated on the hills about seventeen kilometers from Nuwara Eliya. Ambewela is renowned for its cool climate, with temperatures remaining below 17 degrees Celsius year-round. The area is recognized as the largest grassland in Sri Lanka and is an ideal spot for bird watching.
• Gregory Lake - Lake Gregory, also known as Gregory Lake or Gregory Reservoir, is a reservoir located in the heart of the tea country hill city of Nuwara Eliya in Sri Lanka. Lake Gregory was created during the tenure of British Governor Sir William Gregory in 1873. The lake and its surroundings form the Gregory Lake Area.
