- Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- You should not book a massage if you have a fever, cold/flu, or contagious skin infection. There are also other conditions in which your therapist may need to adapt his/her techniques (i.e. arthritis or osteoporosis, pregnancy) or avoid an area completely (i.e. cuts or burns).
- You should wear comfortable clothing.
- Open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM
- Please arrive five to ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Traffic has gotten increasingly bad in Honolulu, so please allow extra time to navigate to us.
- Please give us as much notice as possible if you know you are going to be late for your appointment. In most cases we will need to shorten your appointment accordingly to accommodate clients scheduled after you.
- Hawaii Natural Therapy is located at 350 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, between downtown Honolulu and the Ala Moana shopping center. We are on the second floor.
- The most convenient free parking is across the street at Ward Gateway Center, in front of Ohana Hale Marketplace. Type 333 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, into your GPS.

Great massage! - I am very happy I chose natural therapy for a massage. The place was sparkling clean. The young man working at the reception desk was so kind to me! The massage was marvelous! Do not hesitate to support this small business as you will be delighted by your treatment.

Super friendly staff, outstanding experience, Hind is an amazing massage therapist! - I went to Hawaii Natural Therapy at my friends’ suggestion when she said they were amazing. I walked in with expectations and honestly they exceeded them!
The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and attentive, always carrying a friendly smile on his face and answered all our questions - even treated us with water, grapes and chocolates at the end of the massages!
I had Hind as my massage therapist and she was very personable and friendly and the massage was just amazing! Great touch and just enough pressure, efficient and I walked out of there a happier man. She also gave me great advice about visiting Morocco next year.
I hope I’ll get to get another perfect treatment from her soon!

Best deep tissue massage - Best deep tissue massage I have ever had!!!
My massage was not listed above, but it was a combination. Massage for 60 minutes and I chose deep tissue . For visitors they have a special rate, and they also have special rates for kamaainas. Raequel was absolutely amazing. I have chronic neck pain and some shoulder pain and her technique was better than physical therapy has ever been, personally . Prices are very reasonable!

Target/Pressure Point Massage - Your clinic has exceeded my expectations. I have had an excellent experience with Paul who was my therapist both times. Appointment scheduling was so easy and the girl today at the service desk was way above par. At first I had no idea she was new because of how professional she was. Parking was definitely so easy, and your massage clinic is very easy to find, was not lost or wandering at all. I was able to directly find it. The welcome at the clinic was very calming, professional, and appropriate for my service. Paul is unlike any therapist I have had and I am pleased with how much knowledge he had with fixing my knots in my back. I am highly prone to high cortisol levels so he was able to find the exact target points in order to ease my body and mind. He is also very kind and understanding. I’m looking forward to my next booked session!
