- Children 17 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- You should wear comfortable clothing.
- Open daily from 9 AM to 7 PM
- Please arrive five to ten minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Traffic has gotten increasingly bad in Honolulu, so please allow extra time to navigate to us.
- Please give us as much notice as possible if you know you are going to be late for your appointment. In most cases we will need to shorten your appointment accordingly to accommodate clients scheduled after you.
- Hawaii Natural Therapy is located at 350 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, between downtown Honolulu and the Ala Moana shopping center. We are on the second floor.
- The most convenient free parking is across the street at Ward Gateway Center, in front of Ohana Hale Marketplace. Type 333 Ward Avenue, Honolulu, into your GPS.
- You should not book a massage if you have a fever, cold/flu, or contagious skin infection. There are also other conditions in which your therapist may need to adapt his/her techniques (i.e. arthritis or osteoporosis, pregnancy) or avoid an area completely (i.e. cuts or burns).

Best massage in many years with Hind! - My first time here and i must say it was a great experience! Came here on a Monday afternoon for a 90-min massage and cupping. I was able to find parking on the side of the building (located below the clinic, which is on the 2nd floor), though I think you could park across at the building right across that has Longs? The clinic Front staff was very friendly and offered water and a seat right away while waiting for my appt. time. I had Hind as my therapist, and she was very wonderful, she knew which spots needed more work. She had great energy and was soothing. She also explained the benefits of massage and cupping therapy. Afterwards the staff offered a refreshment and water. Thank you Hind and Hawaii Natural Therapy for a great experience, I will be back again!

Super relaxing and Calming - Hawaii Natural Therapy is where you want to go for a massage. Very attentive and able to adjust to ensure you have the best experience. I've had multiple massage experiences, but when I walked out from my Lomilomi massage I felt completely relaxed, calm and satisfied. I will definitely be returning.

Super relaxing! - My family and I (4 of us) tried their lomilomi massage during our vacation in Oahu 2 weeks ago. Everybody was extremely nice (ffrom the lady who took our appointments over the phone, the owner/manager who gave us many fantastic recommendations, the massage therapists, to the receptionist). The therapists listened to our needs and always making sure that we were comfortable and relaxed (which we really needed after days filled with lots of swimming and hiking). The facility is very clean and relaxing, and they provided clear parking instruction (which is very important as tourists). Will definitely come back when we visit the island again. Highly recommended!

Amazing Results! - I've been coming here for months and had a few different massage therapists and never had a bad experience with any! I scheduled a last minute appointment through their app. Not only does the app make scheduling easier and more convenient but I also got to try a new massage therapist who is trained exactly for the type of massage I needed as I was in an exceptional amount of pain. Thanks to Tyler I am much more relaxed and in a lot less pain. Thank you! The owner is also so friendly and since I have a monthly membership I get to use coupons to get FREE add-ons and products each month! Definitely recommend Hawaii Natural Therapy!

Great Massage!!! - Hawaii Natural Therapy was a huge surprise for me and I am so happy I found this place via Spafinder. I was having some aches and pains but I did not realize how terrible I felt until my massage was finished and I felt like a new person. My therapist was Lin and she was terrific. I originally chose this location just to use my Spafinder gift card but after my treatment I now want to sign up for the monthly membership. I highly recommend Hawaii Natural Therapy to anyone looking for a great massage!
