An Anger Breaker will guide you upstairs to get outfitted in coveralls and review safety guidelines. Meanwhile, another Anger Breaker will arrange your items in the room. After your orientation, you’ll receive gloves, a helmet, and a face shield.

Each room is equipped with an iPod, allowing you to play your favorite music, with lights that sync to the rhythm. The flashing lights can be turned off if you are photosensitive. Once your experience is over, you can unwind in our air-conditioned Zen Lounge, enjoy creative and fun games, and watch others in action on the live monitor feeds.

Closed-toe shoes are mandatory (no crocs, flats, or slippers).

Break’N Anger stands as the one and only anger destruction room within the Hawaiian Islands. Take a walk down and vent your anger in any of our Smash Labs. We offer a selection of glassware for you to hurl against the walls, electronics of varying sizes to destroy with a crowbar, and huge appliances to annihilate with a sledgehammer. Choose your tool of destruction and unleash your rage.
