Pearl Harbor - Be aware the Arizona memorial is closed They are doing limited boat rides out and around on a first come first served basis. We signed up at 8:45 and hadn’t gotten called by the time we left around 11:30. We got notified we could join the 3:30pm group around 2pm. But we did the movie and free exhibits and enjoyed them. So if the Arizona is a must. Get there early and don’t have other plans made.

Pearl Harbor tour - Great experience. A little disappointed that we couldn’t actually go all the way out to the USS Arizona but that was out of their control. Overall all the tour was great. We could have spent a lot more time there but only had a few hours. Lots of good information. Our tour guide Vanessa was great. You can tell she knows her history. She took us back a different way and showed us some city sights which was as add on plus! Transportation in a large Mercedes sprinter van was 💯! We will be back!

Pearl Harbor tour - The USS Arizona Memorial is under construction starting Sept 3rd. The tour to the Pearl Harbor should have allowed enough time to consider the limited service and limited hours to visit the memorial. My family were only able to see the museum, short video, the outdoor and did not have enough time to queue for the USS Arizona Memorial.

Disappointed - The day before our visit we got a message that the Arizona was closed. No refund or discount. They also had poor instructions of other events and recommendations at the memorial. They were offering harbor tours but only one boat and availability was 3-5 wait. It was nice to visit but we had a poor experience over all.

Misguided experience - Take an Uber, be on site at 7.30 am and you will visit the Arizona Any tour operator picking you up at the hotel after 8:30 knows that most likely you won’t get a ticket to visit the Arizona ( maybe after 3 pm) but they bring you back to your hotel around 1:30 pm

Would not recommend - They did not deliver on what was included: Driver was late in our pickup at the airport. Which put us 45 minutes later getting there. He basically walked us in pointed a few things out and he was done. We were misled to think the ticket to the USS Arizona was a guaranteed reservation but instead it was a stand-by ticket like everyone else. We paid $260 for basically a ride from the airport since stand-by tickets are for everyone that enters the Pearl Harbor National Memorial. We then waited from 1010am until 230pm to get a 15 minute ride to the memorial. We therefore missed our shuttle back to airport. First they told me that there were no more shuttles to take us back to the airport where we had a rental car waiting for us and entry into Diamondhead. That was all money lost since we were so late getting back to the airport via an Uber. We were very disappointed due to the lack of truthfulness for the tour. HERE IS WHAT THEY SAY WAS INCLUDED: • Air-conditioned vehicle - YES, PROVIDED • This is a deluxe Pearl Harbor tour with local expert tour guide without waisting time - HE WAS NICE BUT RUSHED US IN AND LEFT US AFTER A BRIEF POINTING OF WHICH BUILDING WAS WHICH. NOT WHAT I WOULD CALL EXPERT TOUR GUIDE. AND WE WASTED A LOT OF TIME WAITING AROUND TO GO OVER TO THE USS ARIZONA • Honolulu airport and Honolulu port pick up is available without extra charge - 45 MINUTES LATE • We provide the ticket to Arizona Memorial ( please read the Arizona Memorial ticket disclaimer ) - STAND-BY, NOT A RESERVED TICKET • Exclusive Pearl Harbor orientation on site by your professional and local chauffeur/tour guide - NOT PROVIDED, NOT EVEN CLOSE TO AN “EXCLUSIVE” ORIENTATION • A bottled of water for every passenger upon your arrival to Pearl Harbor - VERY TINY BOTTLE OF WATER (MAYBE 4 oz.) • A can of tropical juice upon deporture from Pearl Harbor for each passengers - MISSED OUR SHUTTLE BACK SINCE IT WE WERE TOO LATE DUE TO HAVING TO WAIT 5.5 HOURS FOR BOAT SHUTTLE TO THE MEMORIAL. WHEN I CALLED COMPANY , THEY SAID NO OTHER SHUTTLES WERE AVAILABLE. HAD TO ARRANGE FOR AN UBER • A small pack of Snacks for each passenger during your transfer from Pearl Harbor to your hotel - DID NOT GET FOR SAME REASON AS ABOVE. • Entry/Admission - Pearl Harbor Historic Sites Visitor Center - THIS IS FREE TO PUBLIC FOR STAND-BY TICKET. • Entry/Admission - USS Arizona Memorial - THIS IS BASICALLY FREE TO PUBLIC ($1 entry fee)

Definitely not worth... - Definitely not worth booking with them while under construction. This was basically a $130 Uber for my wife and I. Rather than taking us to the kiosk to reserve our tour time to the Arizona, the guide walked us past it and continued to talk to us for about 20 min knowing the reservations are first come first serve. Also, knowing there would be no way to return on time with the tour company. Save your money and take an Uber or Lyft as we now have to add that cost into our expenses in order to see the memorial.
