Excellent Service - Excellent service - shuttle was easy and on time; driver and other staff were organized, helpful and informative; bypassed the lines at Hanauma Bay. It was nice to leave the driving, parking, planning, tickets, etc to the professionals and just relax and enjoy vacation. Highly recommend!

Wheelchair accessible shuttle with Roberts Hawaii on Oahu to Hanauma Bay - Great driver! Easy access for wheelchair user! We had one of the big green buses with a functioning lift at the back of the bus. Our WONDERFUL driver, Lisa, knew how to use the lift and was ON IT with getting us onboard safely and quickly. Lisa is also a knowledgeable, funny, and caring tour guide. You get more than a shuttle ride! Roberts Hawaii sends you to the gate of Hanauma Bay with an employee, and she (apologies for not catching her name) was a passionate proponent for ADA access, working on our behalf to ask able-bodied folks to change seats to make sure that we got an ADA seat (ramp onto tram, no need to transfer out of wheelchair) on the first tram down to the beach. I highly recommend this shuttle to get to Hanauma Bay as someone traveling with wheelchair user! The Roberts Hawaii employees are fantastic!

Seamless Way to Snorkel Hanauma Bay - This was PERFECT. We were shuttled from our hotel, skipped the lines at admission, and didn't have to worry about not getting a spot in the park. Highly recommend.

So Worth It! - Last time we played the ticket game, paid for parking, sat in line for 45 min, watched the video, and finally made it to the bay.
This time we booked with Roberts Hawaii, and it was so much better!!!! Pick your pickup location, pick the time, jump on a comfortable air conditioned bus, WATCH THE REQUIRED VIDEO EN ROUTE, and walk straight down to the bay! No waiting in line at all, and the staff was friendly and service oriented!
I 100% will book again and have zero reservations recommending them to you!

Excellent option - Mahalo! - We really enjoyed Hanuama Bay and didn’t have to worry about booking tickets, finding parking or wasting time. Everyone at Robert’s Hawaii was super kind and professional. The electric shuttle is top of the line and was on time both ways. All in all totally worth the added expense.

Convenient But is it still a different feeling from Japan? - I used Hanauma Bay because it was difficult to book.
I was generally satisfied, considering that I didn't have to worry about booking and that I could go through the queues on site.
However, the unfortunate thing was that he didn't keep time.
We arrived at the meeting point well in advance, but the bus did not show up at the departure time we had been informed of, and the bus arrived about 15 minutes late.
I had a very anxious time.
On the way home, I was also sent to the next bus, despite being on time.
Whenever I asked him how long he was going to wait, he just told me to wait because he was coming soon, and here I felt uneasy.
I ended up having to wait another 15 minutes or so for the next bus to arrive.

Long walk from the bus to... - Long walk from the bus to where you would be if you came by car. Driver was friendly and gave some great info on the way.

Haunana bay trip - Bay is beautiful but the rain made for a lackluster day. Admissions fee is reasonable. Robert’s Hawaii was very confusing for departure times. Waited for over an hour for pickup due to poorly communicated schedule changes. Got soaked to the bones. Needed a better day.

Big waste of money, will leave you stranded. No apologies - Not worth it. These guys ditched my family and myself after they didn’t give instructions on pickup. We waited at the kiosk and no one was there. Their rep continued to lie and didn’t offer any help. Left us stranded.
