• Halona Blowhole - From this lookout, visitors can witness ocean water shooting 30 feet into the air from a lava tube. The Hālona Blowhole, a natural wonder of Hawai‘i, was formed thousands of years ago by volcanic eruptions. Although O‘ahu no longer has active volcanoes, the blowhole remains a must-see scenic spot.

Hālona means “lookout” in Hawaiian, and visitors can enjoy miles of pristine coastline views from here. On clear days, the islands of Moloka‘i and Lāna‘i are visible in the distance.

• Sandy Beach Park - Known for its large waves, this scenic beach attracts surfers and often has food trucks in the parking lot. A popular local hangout and an amazing playground, Sandy Beach is perfect for watching expert surfers tackle the waves. It’s also a convenient bathroom stop during the tour!
• Tropical Farms (The Macadamia Nut Farm Outlet) - A pleasant stop on the Oahu tour, offering free coffee samples. The Kona Macadamia blend is recommended for its mild yet delicious flavor. The store is well-stocked with a variety of art and macadamia nut-based products, with smaller shops located outside. While the surroundings may not be particularly noteworthy, it’s a nice place to pause on the journey.
• Byodo-In Temple - Situated at the foot of the Ko’olau Mountains in Valley of the Temples Memorial Park, the Byodo-In Temple was established on June 7, 1968, to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the first Japanese immigrants to Hawaii. This smaller-scale replica of the over 950-year-old Byodo-in Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Uji, Japan, is a non-practicing Buddhist temple welcoming people of all faiths to worship, meditate, or simply appreciate its beauty.
• Kualoa Regional Park - A picturesque waterside park offering mountain and ocean views, picnic lawns, and beach access. “Kualoa” means “long ancestral background” in Hawaiian, reflecting the area’s rich history. In ancient Hawaii, chiefs brought their children here to learn about their heritage and traditions. The park, once a sacred town, is now listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
