Rain didn’t stop the fun - Such a fun experience. We sat through a travel zoom thing for the upgrade and it was worth it for the flower leis and closer seating. Oceanfront luau is a bit misleading because while yes, it’s technically facing a beach, you don’t see the beach at all. But the staff was so helpful and took great care of us. It rained our entire luau but they gave us ponchos to keep us dry. They also set out tents to provide coverage as best they could. The food was delicious. The drinks were great. And the entertainment was top notch. From tree climbers, to hula dancers, to a fire show…it was worth it, even sitting in the rain.

A Must See! - I don't know what else you can say to describe the visual experience, the vibe, the storyline, the history, the atmosphere, the culture, and the show itself as one of our greatest times here vacationing. A must see for all who visit. Thank you for a great time!

Make the signs more clearer and seating arrangement more fair - The excursion was fine. It was some confusion at the port hanger where the tour guides waited. The face of the signs C Big Island Tour guides were holding did not indicated the name of C Big Island Tour and the #5 sign were held facing backward. The guests had to find, ask and verify their queue. Since the buses were mostly small, the seating should be asigned first come first served as the reservations were made.

It was fine - I would like to say the food and show was great, our table was very far from the stage although we reserved far ahead of time, that was a bit disappointing, there was no ocean view although it was advertised as “Oceanfront “ the view was obstructed due to construction.

Only OK - The show itself was great. The food was average, and the location was lackluster. There was no ocean anywhere in sight.

Good show but not worth the money - Great show but if it’s raining it’s outdoors. Food ok but not worth paying the top dollar for & the drinks well very limited choice. When you pay over $600 you expect a bit more. Advertised as 3 hours - lucky to be 2 hours. Don’t waste your money!

The good, the not too bad, & the expensive. - The show was very entertaining & a great representation of all Pacific Island cultures. The show was family friendly & the extra little touches like learning how to make a lei was great. Food was average with not too many choices. We were invited by email to upgrade to a better seat etc for a further $20 on top of the approx $150 we had all paid each. We took up this option. Being from Australia, this equated to a total spend of well over AUD$200. However, once seated I could only see the far left corner of the stage as the ground is level, the stage quite low, & we still had approx 10 rows of people seated in front of our seat. The show is great, but recommend do not be suckered into the upgrades which really offer no advantage.

Don’t spend your money on this if the weather isn’t perfect - Cancel in advance if the weather is potentially rainy. We paid over $309 to get a box of cold food and sheet poncho to sit in the rain. Given the frequency amount of money invested in these luaus, they should be prepared to put up tents for all guest if they go through with the show during rain. I was so miserable and disgusted I had spent harder money this way that we just got up and left land got an Uber back to our hotel.

Everything were not expected - Food was awfull. Homeless foods might be better. Show was mediocre. Would not recommend it. Hope they can improve with the food to the real experience of what they was advertised
