Excellent show and entertaining. - Very colorful entertainment. The show was an excellent production. The Master of Ceremonies was high energy. There is plenty of food.

Spring Break in Oahu. - A really nice experience. The food was very good. The staff is very enthusiastic and entertaining. They keep you engaged. The kids as well as many of the adults were participating in the cultural activities. A smaller location makes it more family oriented.

Fab way to end our holiday - This was the last night of our holiday in Hawaii and what a great way to end it. Not only is the entertainment excellent but the stations to get you involved is great. The food was excellent and plenty of it. We had the front row package that came with 3 drinks and had a fab time.

A different take on a luau - Please read the other reviews as well. I didn't until after my purchase. This venue is inside of a mall and is open for public viewing. In other words, anyone can watch the show for free from the above floors. The performances were excellent and the culture stations were decent. It is not an authentic setting and the dancers perform multiple cultural dances from various countries. So be ready for that. The food is minimal and just ok. You are encouraged to get seconds but few did. There was one dessert and 5 buffet options. The MC was good. Too many all crowd responses required. It was a fun evening but not a traditional luau. I'll find another one next time. If you want close to downtown Waikiki, with easy access, this might do. If you want traditional setting and cultural experience, this is not it.

Very unhappy about this!! - This was not what we thought it was going to be, we walked in and we only booked it a couple of hours before, we tried to cancel as soon as we saw what we were walking into, it was a food court in the mall, that gave us garbage, wouldn’t even let us sit together on a 38th anniversary worst time in Hawaii. I’ve had yet and I’ve had a blast and this is a pathetic joke!!!👎🤬🤬🤬

Horrible Customer Service - I am super disappointed in the customer service of this business. My two best friends and I are taking a trip in June . We booked multiple activities/excursions. When booking this one, we came back to it multiple times before actually deciding to move forward since they are only available a few nights per week. When we booked it, the month did not update properly and it was overlooked. The mistake was not noticed until a month after booking it, since the trip was multiple months out we did not think to check it. Unfortunately it booked it for March instead of June. An honest mistake. When I reached out to customer service they were not willing to help in any way. They were honestly a bit rude stating we should have seen the accidental oversight right away and we had ample time to change it. When booking this luau we paid almost $600 for three tickets. ​​I wasnt even asking for a full refund. I was asking for them to let us change it to our actual trip time and even showed them our flight details. Or even if they would be willing to do a partial discount to rebook that would be fine. But they essentially had the stance of "too bad, so sad" and were unwilling to give any grace or show any understanding for an honest human mistake that literally anyone could have made. Super disappointing. Looking back at other reviews we should have never booked with them in the first place. Apparently they have done similar to other people as well. Do not recommend.​

Not recommended - NOT WORTH IT esp for the price! Just go up the mall and watch. Management Michelle was a total b**ch too. I called to book the day. Literally called 30 seconds back to canceled because my husband was seasick and not feeling well. She would not work with us. Bad management and would not give me info for higher management. DO NOT RECOMMEND. You can just go on top of the mall to watch. If you want to do a luau, do it with others that are near beaches, well more worth your money.
