- Makapuʻu Lookout - Spend a day climbing with Hawaii AdvenTours! Climbers will be picked up from their hotel in the morning, and we’ll head either north or south based on their experience level. Each climbing spot offers breathtaking cliffs with sweeping ocean views.
All necessary equipment, including helmets, harnesses, ropes, and climbing shoes, will be provided through an intake form. Guides will set up the routes, and climbers will enjoy top rope climbing. For an additional $200, a professional rock climbing photographer can join the adventure.
Prepare for a steep hike to the climbing area, followed by about 3-4 hours of climbing.
We offer flexible drop-off times, typically climbing until 1 or 2 PM.
Experience Hawaii’s authentic outdoors away from the tourist crowds by climbing the magnificent cliffs of Oahu. Join us for this exciting adventure!
What to bring: sunscreen, sunglasses, water, electrolytes, snacks, hat, hiking shoes, jacket/windbreaker, and personal climbing gear if preferred.

An experience we will never forget thanks to Ali - Going rock climbing with Ali was the highlight of our trip! It was our first time climbing outdoors and she made us feel so comfortable. She was patient, gave us tips, and was the perfect guide. We felt totally safe the entire time. We would recommend all levels of climbers book with her. We will definitely book her again when we come back as the experience was something we will never forget. Thanks Ali! Send it!

Best rock-climbing tour with Ali in Oahu Rock-Climbing Adventures! - Had such an amazing experience climbing with Ali! My boyfriend and myself have never top-roped before and she was great at explaining everything and encouraging us while climbing. I am very scared of heights, yet Ali calmed me down and helped me learn climbing techniques and have the best time! I will definitely be climbing again. She also gave the option of if we wanted a photographer and it was definitely worth it, Caleb did a great job. Highly recommend if you want a fun, outdoor adventure with a knowledgeable and personable guide. Ali is the absolute best, pick this adventure! First Time Climbing Outdoors! - I had an amazing first outdoor rock climbing experience in Hawaii, thanks to Ali at Hawaii Adventours! The ocean views were stunning, and Ali’s knowledge, professionalism, and positivity made me feel safe, confident, and inspired throughout. Highly recommend!

Best climbing guide in Oahu! - I highly recommend Ali! She was an incredible guide—knowledgeable, patient, and super supportive. The location was absolutely stunning, with plenty of routes to choose from for all skill levels. I wish I could add video so you can see the fullness of the beaty!
Since it was our first outdoor climb, our group was a bit nervous, but Ali made us feel completely safe and at ease. She never pressured anyone beyond their comfort zone but still encouraged us to try a few exciting and challenging routes.
This experience was truly the highlight of my Oahu trip. Absolutely loved it!

Best adventure ever!! - Ali is an absolute gem of a human being!! From the moment we met, Ali’s passion for what she does was absolutely contagious. Her expertise and encouragement made me and my 60 yo dad feel comfortable, safe, and at ease and turned every climb into a confidence-boosting experience.
The tour itself feels less like a guided activity and more like an adventure with a friend. This was without a doubt the highlight of my trip to Oahu!! If you’re an adventurous spirit do yourself a favor and book this climbing tour w Ali!

Bucket list CHECKED! - I just had an amazing day of climbing with Ali, my guide and it was so memorable and definitely the best part of my trip! It was such a unique experience to see this beautiful island from from this amazing view! She was patient, and very knowledgeable and easy to talk with, and I felt very safe in her hands, AND I got a photographer to capture this adventure too! I went solo, so I can’t wait to see the pics and share them with friends, I will definitely come back and try more areas of climbing with Ali! HIGHLY RECOMMEND for those who have seen all the sights and want a more in touch with the beauty of Hawaii experience

Reached the top! - I had done some climbing in college, so I knew the ropes (haha).. but Ali was an expert and taught me more advanced techniques in a very friendly and professional kind way. The spot she took me too was incredibly beautiful too:))

Going on an adventure with a guide with so much heart and care - I went on the oahu rock climbing adventure with Ali. We went to Mokuleia up in the north shore.
She had all the gear and equipment that was really well maintained and made me feel really safe to be there.
I was really shocked by how Ali had so much experience, liveliness, and cautiousness through my whole experience.
We got to hike up to the routes which led to some unbelievable views before sunset.
I got so many fun climbs, shared some pineapple with Ali and the rest of the group, and so many cool photos.
I’d definitely go on another rock climbing adventure with Ali! I highly recommend her tour!
