Capt Ken and First Mate... - Capt Ken and First Mate Joey were awesome! The trip out to the cage was a little bumpy but felt completely safe. The sharks were incredible to view and the crew had safe, eco friendly techniques for keeping them around longer. While it wasn’t a guaranteed part of the experience, we even saw whales on our way back in! A mother and her baby calf—which made the trip even more special.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE - Me and my daughter (teenager) loved it. We went today, Easter Sunday and an Uber was $65 dollars from Wikikii, it took 40 minutes but we did arrive at 7.40am for an 8.30am departure. The crew was fantastic. It takes around 20 minutes and the sea is choppy. They hooked up to the cage and away we went. There were 6 of us in the cage and plenty of room. We saw lots of reef sharks, it was an amazing experience. We then got back on the boat and the next group of people had their turn. I would highly recommend taking sickness tablets before going into the boat. I would highly recommend this adventure. On a separate note there are lots of local shops and a fantastic restaurant by the dock.

Swimming With Sharks - Swimming with sharks at North Shore Shark Adventures was such a cool, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Being that close to sharks in their natural environment is something I’ll never forget—equal parts thrilling and surreal. One tip: if you’re prone to seasickness, definitely take something beforehand. The boat ride can get a little rough, and you’ll enjoy the experience way more if you’re not focused on your stomach the whole time. Overall, totally worth it and something I’d recommend to anyone looking for a unique adventure on the North Shore!

I Recommend :) - I went on the boat and my two daughters went in the shark cage. We saw lots of sharks and it was an enjoyable experience. The water was a bit choppy, so prepare for motion sickness. I heard you book earlier in the day, the water is smoother. Even with the choppy water, it was a great experience!
