- Luggage are not permitted in our vehicles
- Tour duration will be 4 hours including travel time from one place to another.
- Tours are non-refundable if the national park service or navy decide to cancel boat ride programs due to mechanical issues, dangerous weather, or other safety concerns.
- No bags allowed at Pearl Harbor
- Not all our tour vehicle can accommodate mobility devices such as Wheel chairs and Scooters. Please call us right away after you book our tour to make arrangements.

Solemn, not a typical... - Solemn, not a typical tourist attraction due to the respect extended to those who lost their lives in the attack. We learned a lot and found this to be a very valuable experience.

Go for it. Great time - Communication on pick up and drop off from the tour was great. They purchased and planned our boat ride to the USS Arizona and it was the perfect amount of time for my daughter and I

Must visit - Great experience, although a bit somber its a beautiful tribute. Our tour guide Ian was great and kept all engaged with jokes since we had a 6:30am pickup.

Great trip with a disappointing prelude. - The tour deserved 5 star But was preceeded by nightmare, as we were given 2 different addresses. Went to one, Goofys caffee, were told to go to the bus terminal which we did. No one there. Called you. To n avail. Went back to goffy's ans luckily we met a lady waiting there who showed us text from you telling her the pock up will be at 11:35. We never got such a t ext. We were were originally there at 10:20 and spent all that time marching between the 2 places. The trip itself was great, vert great guide driver.

Treated like a child sucks - We booked this tour early to avoid the crowds. Our pickup time was at 6:45, but our hotel didn't start breakfast until 6:30. Pack something up and eat it on the way, right? Wrong. Like children, we weren't allowed to take any food or drink on the vehicle. We looked for someplace else to grab a bite before the tour, but nothing was open at that time. That's the reason for the 3 stars, because a tour on an empty stomach isn't enjoyable. Good thing you can buy snacks at the site. Ian was a great tour guide, but my other complaint is that the acoustics on the tour bus were horrible. Ian was giving lots of information and is obviously very knowledgeable, but he sounded very muffled. Seems like the company should be more focused on adults receiving clear information, rather than thinking that we can't eat properly.

Liars - Terrible experience, with regard to the transportation… I am a quadriplegic that wheelchair out when I booked this trip I made the guy confirm multiple times that the van was going to be wheelchair accessible and then I would be able to stay in my chair. The van was not wheelchair accessible and my wife had to pick me up to put me inside.
