- Bags of any kind are not permitted at Pearl Harbor-lockers are available for an additional cost.
- On rare occasions, the Navy unexpectedly suspends shuttle operations to the USS Arizona In such case, you will still be able to visit the many Arizona Memorial exhibits, film, visitor’s center and park monuments.
- Dress comfortably, but please remember that shirts and shoes are required on the USS Arizona Memorial; swimsuits not permitted. High heels, dresses and skirts not recommended.
- Snacks are available at the Pearl Harbor Visitor Center and the USS Missouri gift shop on own.
- Guide reserves the right to adjust route for maximum visitor enjoyment and safety.
- Bring government issued ID. Ford Island is an active military base and ID is required at all times.

Pearl Harbour tour - We all had the best day with Sam as our tour guide today. Being our first trip to Hawaii we didn't know a lot about the history of Hawaii but we now feel we have learnt a lot. He was very knowledgeable. He was very clear with all instructions as to where to go & when to return etc. which made the day run smoothly. We definitely had an enjoyable day. We would highly recommend Sam to our friends & family. We would like to thank him for making our day so memorable.

What an Honor - We had an amazing time! Sam, our tour guide, was phenomenal and super knowledgeable!! He was very personable as well! This tour was perfect to get the whole experience and to be able to see everything we wanted to see! This was time and money well spent!

Amazing Man - He answered every question and helped my Nana with her wheelchair and even helped me get my lost headphones back. I really can’t think of what a better facilitator there could be.

The rain couldn't throw a wet towel on our awesome experience! - Sam was a wonderful tour guide. Although the rain dampened our afternoon at the Oklahoma, Sam was thankfully prepared with ponchos! We were very thankful that the driving and tickets to the USS Arizona were all taken care of for us. Sam provided us with facts and history that we would not have known if we did a self tour. We had the appropriate amount of time at each location for us to pay proper respects to those who came before us, ensuring our freedom. Highly recommend!

Great, all encompassing full day pearl harbor tour - Great tour. Full day tour that gets you in to see all the important sites. Sam was awesome as well. Very knowledgeable on the bus rides to each location.
