Smooth ride, amazing history, and a great time! - Even better than we could have imagined! I didn’t want the ride to end. Our driver, Chico, was full of knowledge and the ride was smooth! My husband and I typically get car sick so we were nervous about the ride there and back, but both of us were fine. We learned the most about Hawaii from Chico! He prepared us well for our visit to Pearl Harbor!

Pearl Harbor - Excellent tour remembering the great sacrifice many young men & women made on behalf of our country. Chico was knowledgeable, friendly and did a nice job preparing everyone for the trip.

Very informative - Bus arrived right on time at the pick up location and Chico the driver was super informative with his en route commentary. The Arizona Memorial visit is brief but well worth it to pay your respects the the fallen. The bowfin exhibition is also worth a visit too.

Take an Uber and save some money - There were a lot of things about this excursion that surprised us, not in a good way. First, we didn’t realize that nothing at the memorial was paid for by the excursion. We were on standby to take the boat out to the memorial which by the way was closed for renovations. Wish that would have been divulged at booking. Second, our excursion cost must have gone entirely to the bus ride over there because everything else, except for a movie and two small museums, we had to pay for. There really wasn’t much to see without paying an extra $100 per person. The only positive was that bus driver/ guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Tour should be titled shared transfer to Pear Harbour - Tour name is misleading. They do not have tickets arranged for the USS Arizona they simply point you in the direction of checking in for the standby line. We took the 9:45 trip and booked on straight away on arrival. The ranger told us that the day before they never got anywhere near our number by the end of day, much less by the time the tour bus left. No one we spoke to on our coach visited the Arizona. Effectively you are paying for a shared coach transfer to the site. Guide did his best to tell stories on the journey but hard to hear over the road noise. I’d suggest getting a cab early for standby or book tickets on line (currently only available the day before due to remediation work).

The Actual Memorial is Closed - We pre-purchased tickets back in early February 2025 for our tour on 29 September 2025, and were very disappointed today. We arrived at the Memorial location today at 11:18 am and we were one of the first to get our name on the standby list for the 45 min boat trip to the Memorial site (not on the Memorial). Before arriving, the guide advised us that we needed to do this because of the restoration work taking place at the Memorial site. Our tour was scheduled to depart Pearl Harbor at 2:15pm and by that time, we were still 200+ away from getting on the boat to the Memorial. So, we decided to go back on the bus and not chance that we could wait and see if we make it on the “last” 3:30pm boat (5+ hours after registering in the queue). Good thing we did, because I never removed us from the queue line when we left, and still didn’t get a text that they would load my 2 person party on the last boat of the day. My advice to you is to, save your money and take a taxi, uber or bus to the site much earlier than the tour arrived, and you will get to visit the Memorial site by getting in queue much earlier. The driver/tour person was very apologetic and it’s not her fault, but E-Noa knows who they have on a tour for a given day, maybe they should pre-register them the morning they are confirmed on the bus. I do not recommend this tour at this time.

Bus tour to Pearl Harbour with Harbour - A total waste of money! Cost $70 to get a bus to Pearl Harbour with the only extra the tour to the Arizona is pre booked!, which you can do online for yourself. My advise I’d S get a public bus to Pearl Harbour with Harbour, $3 each way! The tour guide did give some interesting history information, but the same information is given by the displays in Pearl Harbour! However if you ask the tour guide a question which is not on his script he doesn’t always know the answer and he didn’t like to be told any other information which a passenger maybe aware of! His presentation got extremely annoying! We felt this was a total waste of money! We expected the submarine, museum and virtual reality tours to be included in our cost but they weren’t and we had to pay for them once we arrived at Pearl Harbour! Entry into Pearl Harbour is free!
