Only giving 4 stars... - Only giving 4 stars because of the price. Viator charges $155 when the Arizona Memorial is actually free with a $1.00 processing fee for a ticket. Battleship Missouri is a $39.00 charge. You’re basically paying the extra $115.00 for transportation. The guide only drove us back and forth. This does not provide a guided tour inside. I would recommend taking an Uber or driving yourself and Dave the extra $115.00

Pearl Harbor - Viator tours should have informed us that we would be on Karma tours, that made it confusing. It appear like fraud to us.

It was little confusing... - It was little confusing when checking in and the stand by line. Representatives seemed overwhelmed by volume of people checking in and I feel was not clear in explaining.

Everyone needs to go here, regardless of how well it is run. - You get handed off to a 3rd party transportation, who, in our case texted us the night before to inform us that we wouldn't be getting picked up at our hotel as promised, but instead at a hotel a couple of blocks away. Once on board, they attempt to explain to you that they drop you outside the gate, and then you try to remember the procedure they want you to follow about going in, getting admitted, then returning to the driver, then going back in and trying to keep the order of events of where to go, what to do. Nothing in print for you to follow. A bit of a cluster. We managed our way through. This was a bucket list thing for us. The Arizona excursion gives you 15 minutes, then back on the transfer boat to the main area. It's a very sobering event, just being there. You take a transfer bus to the Missouri. Some of the ship was under refurbishment, so it was off limits. A little discouraging. Everything considered, we did what we came to do, experience what it must have been like for all those on that fateful day. Was disappointed at how unorganized the approach was, but wouldn't have detoured us from being there.
