Pearl Harbor and the Missouri - Visiting the Pearl Harbor memorial was a humbling and heart breaking experience. Once on the compound you begin to visualize what happened on the tragic day. The museum brought everything into perspective with videos and pictures. Our tour guide gave a lot of added information too as well as some extra history. We also visited the Missouri and had a great tour guide. On our way home we drove into the military cemetery where soldiers named and unidentified were buried there. The cemetery is inside an old volcano. It is comparable to Arlington cemetery. Great trip! Would highly recommend

Pearl Harbor - The tour does exactly what is required to see this must see site. Criticism would be that I had to chase the local operator to get pick up time and location which was an unnecessary extra stress whilst on holiday.

Too much time for too... - Too much time for too little activity. I would rather go on my own to get out done in 4 hours rather than 7 but the tour company and driver are good of you have time 👍

Informative but Rushed – Not Worth the Price - Pearl Harbor itself was an incredible experience powerful, informative, and moving. Our tour guide (nicknamed “Cousin”) was funny, engaging, and very knowledgeable. He really made the history come alive. Unfortunately, the logistics of the tour were disappointing. The instructions provided for pickup were incorrect. I had to text multiple times and stay alert to find the right person, which caused unnecessary stress. Although our ticket said 8:00 AM when purchasing, we weren’t picked up until 10:00 AM and didn’t arrive at Pearl Harbor until nearly 11:00 AM. We were rushed through the visit with only about an hour at the site before heading to the USS Arizona Memorial at 11:30. There was no time to explore the grounds, visit the gift shop, or walk around things you expect when you pay over $300 for a tour. The. At 12:45 we arrive to the battleship boat but we were late because of other people in the bus not following directions. It felt like a missed opportunity and not a good value for the price. If you’re visiting Hawaii, I highly recommend seeing Pearl Harbor, but you’re better off booking tickets on your own months in advance. You’ll save money and have much more time to explore at your own pace.
