The buffet is Beyond expectations - The buffet quality is beyond beyond expectations. It has freshly served ice cream, pork ribs, seafood session, nicely presented the bakeries etc. We can reenter the place for some ice cream and coffee after getting out of the restaurant for a walk.

It was an amazing... - It was an amazing experience. We learned so much about Polynesian culture and history. It was an all day experience because we did the museum, the buffet, and the breath of life, so if you do this brings water and remember to take breaks. The food was good and there’s plenty. I highly recommend this

Great way to start a Hawaiian vacation - Just want to reiterate based on the other reviews that this is a fantastic experience and so glad we did this at the beginning of our trip. You really get a good immersive experience into the different polynesian cultures throughout the villages. The music, dance, demonstrations are all really well done. Be sure to go for the entire day and don't miss the Ha Breath of Life show. Also, the buffet is one of the best I've ever had, variety and quality. We are not sorry we didn't upgrade to the traditional Luau. Only bummer is that it is a long ride back to Waikiki beach after the night is over.

Amazing experience at Polynesian Cultural Center - We had an awesome experience at Polynesian Cultural Center with the ambassador package. We had Savannah as our guide and she was great to get us to experience all what the Polynesian Cultural Center had to offer. The nigth dinner with the lively entertainment was amazing. The food was so good. The night show after dinner was exceptional. So professional prepared and presented with an amazing cast and performance. We highly recommend Polynesian Cultural Center for families.

Great buffet and Evening Show - The Cultural Center itself is a beautiful property and a very enjoyable way to" tour the Polynesian islands." We really enjoyed the cultural displays and performances. The Ha: Breath of Life evening show was fantastic and well worth the wait. In hindsight, we probably should have purchased the Gateway buffet package which includes the buffet, self guided tour of the island villages and the highlight of the evening; Breath of Life. We upgraded to the Luau package and I'm not sure it was worth the significant cost increase. Also, I will mention that we purchased our tickets through Rakuten link and after 3 months, I still haven't received my rakuten credit - it still shows pending. I don't like that at all. By now, they should have credited me.

Great show experience but... - I have to say that the cultural experience here was amazing. The show that they put together is just mouth dropping and makes you feel as if you're in each of the islands that they perform on. Why a 3 star? When we got to the last portion of our entire day show, which was the buffet, we were served cold food. And also, unfortunately,m about 30 min after eating, I got so sick from the food that I spent quite a bit of my time after in the bathroom. It was definitely a gastrointestinal cleansing that I went through. Oh, it was bad. I have no allergies, otherwise, I'm not sure what in their buffet made me sick. So, aside from the cold food, I was expecting the roasted pork to be a little more seasoned. It was bland and again cold. I know what nice seasoned island pork should taste like since cook it myself. The other thing that happened was that bus #1 broke down just 10 min after leaving the center so we on our volition ended up leaving in an Uber vehicle. The driver informed us that a replacement bus was coming from Waikiki which would take about 1.5 hours, so by the time we got home it would've been close to 1:00 am, 3 hours on a bus on our vacation, which was unacceptable. When we called the PCC customer service, they said we had to deal with this by calling separate numbers which was unacceptable also. Yet, when you buy tickets with transportation through the PCC website, you buy it all inclusive through 1 vendor. Yet, when there is an issue, they won't take responsibility and help you. Lesson learned, don't electric buses that can break down and beware of the food here. The show itself and performances were amazing.
