We will provide the water shoes and water shirt for the lesson at no additional cost, if you don’t have one.

Semi Private lesson includes safety presentation at the start of the activity time. Where we explain with a visual presentation of water safety, water etiquettes, paddling techniques, proper positions and other proven surfing techniques.
Then will go to the beach to do land and water demonstration. During your surf lesson our professional surf coach will teach you some applied theory about surfing. The surf lesson will be adapted to the skill level of the students. No surfing experience necessary.

Most Magical Experience - Hands down the most magical experience ever!! Myself (51 y/o female and my 2 20 y/o daughters) had a semi private lesson with Nico. Nico is a human you want to meet! He showed us so much kindness, best hype man ever and seemed to excited for us when we got up on the boards. Nico took great care of all of us!
From being welcomed into the shop by T, chatting with Kris about videos and pictures to Nico at the lesson - they all showed us the Aloha spirit.
I suggest getting the picture and video package - well worth the cost! Thank you all sooo much for the most magical day!

Amazing! Thanks Sergio :-) - Me and my friend had the pleasure of surfing with Sergio. It was our first time surfing, and we had so much fun catching a lot of waves! We were thinking about renting a board and just figuring it out ourselves, but we are super happy we ended up booking a lesson, as you improve a lot with their pointers, but also learned how to stay safe while surfing around others. Can only recommend!

Above and beyond - Ed was my instructor and was th most patient positive person I could ask for. This business is a really nice group of people and I would highly recommend a private lesson if it is your first time.

Best surf lesson ever (after 3! )! - Five *****!!!! Mom and son, ages 55 & 14 - Surfing lessons were an absolute must for our trip to Hawaii. My son and I did a group lesson with Peter our first day, then my son tried a bit on his own but we decided another more private lesson would get us to the next level. He went out that afternoon after our semi - private with Peter and absolutely crushed it - he's a surfer! Mom could probably use another lesson next time maybe - but Mom has had THREE surfing lessons before this over the years that were no where near as good and she never really got it or was taught properly!!! Thank you so much, this is a no BS REAL surf lesson, not a group that will just push you for a quick pic. They teach etiquette, safety and wisdom. Mahalo guys we loved it!!

Had a great time learning a new sport - Our family had surfed just once before. We did 4 back to back days with Charlie and Kilani. They were amazing and we had a great time. Thought us how to observe the ocean, be patient and catch a wave.
Would strongly recommend them and do book multiple days so you progress to a point you can hit the waves independently.

Great experience for beginners! - Me and my husband had a semi-private lesson today (our first time surfing!) and we had a blast! Our instructor Addy did a good job explaining the technique and picked very good beginner waves for us so that we could ride our first waves early on - which felt amazing! He then went a little farther out with us away from the bigger crowds. He gave us pointers after each ride so we could improve with every trial. Thank you for the unforgettable experience! We highly recommend a lesson with them to everyone! 🌊🤙🏻

Awesome!! Ask for Charlie! - Charlie, our instructor was great!! My 12 year old daughter and I went out with Charlie for our first time and caught lots of waves! He’s a real expert at reading the surf and helping us navigate the other beginners surrounding us. He quickly gauged our potential and took us where we could ride long waves.

Best Place to Learn Surfing - Waikiki is one of the best and safest place to learn surfing. My two teen girls stood up on their board within two tries and we all did about 8-10 solid surfs each within the 1.5 h in the water. Their location on the far end of Kuhio Beach is less crowded especially at 8am in the morning. Opted for the photo/video package for our family and the drone footage is PRO!

An enjoyable surf experience - One of our favorite activities done in Hawaii was surfing!!! Niko was our surf guide and he was the best!! Being our first time taking a surf lesson, he made everything comfortable and took the fear out of it! Highly recommend doing either private or semi-private for your first time to have the one on one experience!
