Prompt & efficient - I booked our transfer the day before it was needed. Our driver, Stan, made contact as soon as I made the booking assuring us of the date, time and location of pick up. He arrived 20mins early and texted a pic of his vehicle with licence plate. We were grateful for his timeliness and he also navigated the traffic wonderfully, only taking 25 mins to get to the airport from Sheraton Waikiki. Prompt and efficient service. Would highly recommend

Outstanding customer service - We had a delay flying back to Boston due to the weather in Boston. Stan, the driver was great. Stayed in touch with us. Picked us up the next day on time at a different resort. Outstanding customer service with the follow-through make sure we arrived at the airport on time
