Excellent show - We had a spatular time. The show was very entertaining. We did not do the luau however the people were so kind they let us sit in & watch while we waited for the show doors to open. We paid the extra to get a photo as a souvenir. It was not your traditional Hawaiian show, it had a modern twist. We were not disappointed.

Awesome! - I’ve seen Michael Chambliss at the Texas Elvis festival and just found out he’s at Rock-a-Hula! He was an amazing performer & the friendliest ETA I’ve ever met! I’m planning a trip for the spring with friends to experience Hawaii and see the show! Can’t wait!

Show rocked - We enjoyed the show. The entertainers, especially Michael Jackson impersonator was such a good dancer. The group was energetic and entertaining. Elvis was good as well, the songs they chose for him were not the best. The fire dancer was good too.

Best show in town - As tourists eager for the full Hawaiian experience, we hit up the Rock-A-Hula show at the Royal Hawaiian Center in Waikiki, and it was a total win. Unlike traditional outdoor luaus, this one’s indoors, so no stressing about rain or wind—perfect for a worry-free night. Plus, it’s right in the heart of Waikiki, making it a short, easy walk from our hotel, which was super convenient. The luau dinner was tasty overall. The suckling pig was the star, with crispy, flavorful skin that had us going back for seconds, and the teriyaki chicken brought some serious zing. The roasted beef was a bit tough, but the coconut jelly dessert saved the day—creamy, tropical, and just divine. The spread felt festive and kept us fueled for the show. The performance was next-level, blending classic hula and fire dances with a surprising Elvis and Michael Jackson impersonator act. The Elvis guy nailed the 60s hits, and the hula dancers were mesmerizing with their smooth moves. The 700-seat theater felt grand, and the staff’s warm Hawaiian hospitality tied it all together. Rock-A-Hula is a fun, unique twist on the luau experience—definitely a highlight of our trip!

Cruise Ship Entertainment - Cruise type of performance. Music too loud for the main female singers. Couldn't hear them. Male dancers average to view.
