Highly Recommended! - It was great that the shuttle only cost $10 total to and from the site. The shuttle service was quick and efficient. Visiting Pearl Harbour was a highlight of my vacation. I learned a lot from the two free museums, the 15-minute movie and the information boards on the periphery of the site. I am glad I booked the USS Arizona memorial visit in advance. Unfortunately, the bus tour was sold out when I tried to book it. I could have spent the entire day at this site and will visit it again when I return to Honolulu. I wish I had remembered that bags are not allowed and visitors have to pay $7 for a locker.

The Bus was on time... - The Bus was on time oicking us up and pearl harbor was an experience every one should see, was awesome.

Happy in Honolulu - Found this service online and found it affordable and very reliable. The communication was great and the people we dealt with were extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend them if you don't want to pay for a lot of tours and have better control of your schedule

Disgraceful Service - Don’t use this company, I booked for 6.30am as we had an 8.00am reservation. They were a no show and sent me messages and phone calls at 8.15 to find out where we were!! Have demanded a refund.

Not worth it. Rent a car or take bus - I booked trip online, was booked for wrong excursion. This was caught, but the trip times for return were not flexible and not available online
