Great stop to visit! - Straight forward! Got to the battle ships! USS Arizona!Buy your tickets ahead. The main center is ok but Viator is the way to go! Kind easy! You can cover the main center in 45 mins.

Pearl Harbor Shittle - The ride was smooth and timely getting us to our destination. Make sure you have at least a half to full day to experience Pearl Harbor. There is a lot to see and do.

Great! - Timely and professional service. We went from Waikiki to Pearl Harbor and it was nice to not have to deal with traffic and directions ourselves. We arrived early to the pick up point and the driver was already there waiting for us.

Transportation - Transportation was on time and the van was very clean. The driver was very courteous. Would recommend to anyone needing transportation to any event.

They were prompt with... - They were prompt with pickups. The drivers were extremely helpful and friendly. They made the ride enjoyable and quick.

Very prompt and nice... - Very prompt and nice driver, also was easy to change pick up time. Everything went very smoothly and it was an easy booking. And very affordable!!

They forgot to pick us up, but made it all right - The day before our Pearl Harbor Riund Trip they called to confirm. Pickup times and return times. The day of, 630 am came and went. Many other folks made their shuttle, bur none were for us. Another driver, Dr. D, made a call to our provider, got them to dispatch a private shuttle to the us direct to Pearl Harbor. Made it without missing our time slot. All worked out. They even dropped us off directly at our Hotel on return!

Reasonable price shuttle to Pearl Harbour - Pricing was reasonable and cheaper than uber or taxi. Pickup at 7am was on time. However when he dropped us off there was little communication about the return trip. He just said to come back to where he dropped us off. We assumed there were regular busses going back. We just missed the 12:45pm bus and were too tired to wait for the next bus at 2:20pm. So we caught a public bus back. Only after several missed calls from the driver did we realise we were actually scheduled on the 2:20pm bus back. We were not told this so a bit more communication would have been good. But apart from that I'd highly recommend it.

Great Deal but Pack Your Patience or Take an Uber - We booked this because we needed to get from Waikiki to Pearl Harbor and had no other transportation and wanted door to door service. At the last minute they tried to change our pickup to a point 3 miles from where we were staying. I put my foot down and they agreed to pick us up at our original location but asked to move the time from 7:30 to 7:45. Ok, that was fine, but IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT they texted saying they couldn’t pickup until 8:30. At this point the shuttle was paid for so there really wasn’t much we could do. I was worried because we had tickets for the USS Arizona for 10 and if you miss that, you’re out of luck. Sure enough, they picked up people all over Waikikiand we barely made our reservation, arriving at 9:40. Our driver, Arnold, was super nice though. I will say, next time we’d just pay the extra and UBER as the stress from all the back and forth messages, calls, and texts with the changes just wasn’t worth the few dollars we saved.
