Great expirience! - My husband and I got these lessons for our 10 year anniversary and we loved our surf lessons for so many reasons!!! First, we loved the location. We had lessons near the north shore, in a lesser used beach area, and we loved having the location mostly to ourselves. There was no bumping into other surfers or other people to laugh at our mishaps 🤣. Secondly, we got Andy as our instructor and he ensured we spent as much time in the water catching waves as possible. He was happy and helpful and gave us other recommendations for our trip including things to do and places to eat. He got my husband and I surfing for the first time. It was a real blast and I would highly recommend using this company if you get a chance!

First time surfing - Amazing first time surfing experience with 808 Surf School! Our instructor, Hugo, was great at making sure we understood how to surf and what to expect once we were in the water. Perfect location for beginners. I highly recommend taking lessons from 808 surf school. A must do while visiting Oahu.

Amazing surf lesson with Mike - My wife and I had an amazing surf lesson with Mike. Right off the bat, you could tell he was pro. He taught us how to position and spot a good wave resulting in us catching twice as many waves as we would have on our own. If you want to learn how to surf or improve your skills, I highly recommend taking a lesson with Mike – it was a fantastic experience!

Great family fun - First time ever surfing for my 17 Yr old son and 9 Yr old daughter. Andy was great! He had them riding waves to the beach on their second waves. Great instruction, ideal location for beginners, different wave sets as you progress. Easy to coordinate / pay with Michael through website

great experience - Mike and Andy were amazing instructors to my 6 and 8-year-old. They were able to support them in learning the basics and getting up almost on the first time. We will definitely be coming back and my husband and I will be joining. Highly recommend.

Had a great first-time lesson - Andy provided everything we needed (surfboards, shoes, rash guards, water) and picked a great location that was not crowded, felt safe, and had lots of small beginner-friendly waves. It was our first time surfing and we had a great lesson. His wife helped us take a picture with a board at the end. Thank you!
