Professional. Safety first. - We actually didn’t go on this tour. It was cancelled due to weather. I do want to give the company 5 stars for professionalism and safety. We were refunded right away (we booked on the last day of our trip so we could not reschedule). Note to others booking: book at the beginning of your trip so that you can reschedule. We will try again on our next visit to Hawaii!

Shark swim - Amazing trip with an amazing Captain and crew. Very knowledgeable and made the trip an unbelievable adventure! I won’t hesitate to book another trip!!!

Great Encounter - This is the one Hawaiian adventure that we can’t stop talking about. Miles and Caleb were fantastic and put us at ease before we entered the cage. Book this trip and create those lifetime memories.

Truly magnificent - Absolutely amazing! The nerves kick in as you go out on the water but as soon as you get it it all goes away. Truly magical thing seeing these sharks up close. The team were so friendly and calming knowing that all our nerves were probably a little on edge haha the views heading out of the bay are stunning and feels so surreal. Recommend doing the 1st slot of the day as so peaceful and can go swim by the bay after and get some brekkie. Glad we did this and didn't leave off our trip to oahu! Thanks guys!

Want to get safely face to face with sharks ? Do it! - Awesome!!! Great crew, funny guys. My son and I got inches away, face to face with many Galapagos sharks! They let us use our own cameras and snorkels tho they offer to rent theirs. Highly recommended!

Amazing 🤩 - Very fun and amazing experience!! The guides were very knowledgeable and a chill vibe. I was very nervous, but they definitely made me feel comfortable and able to enjoy the experience.

Fun fun fun - Great experience. If you have motion sickness, you should prepare for that. Crew was very accommodating. You can even buy t-shirts after your visit.

Best experience ever!! - By far one of thee best experiences ever!!! Everything was smooth sailing from the moment we got there, to getting into the water, and finally ending the tour. Our guides, father and son, (I’m really bad with names) were very informative about the sharks and gave us a ton of information from different types of sharks, being able to tell the difference from male/female, and learning about the sensors in their noses!! It was incredible to go into the cage and being able to actually enjoy the experience. I felt safe the whole time and was not worried once! My step mother, who was nervous ended up getting into the water after seeing us all enjoying our time! I would definitely recommend this tour to everyone and anyone!!

The Tank - Caleb and the Captain were Awesome!! I only have 2 issues that had nothing to do with the actual experience of the shark tank. First, when purchasing the tickets it lists 2 options, 1st option ride without going into the tank and 2nd option to go into the tank. If you have someone in your party that would like to go on the boat but not go into the tank it does not give you the option to spilt the choices. All people in party have to pick the same choice which worked out for me because my wife did not want to go into the tank but since I had to pay for her she went in and loved it. 2nd issue was when arriving to the meeting location we were not sure which vessels to go to as there were multiple signs for different companies. Luckily there is a building with someone there who could assist us as to where to go. She showed us the name of the company on our tickets under Activity Provider which was Hawaii Shark Encounters Inc. The day of our sail was great, low winds and calm waters. As we got closer to the tank sharks started to appear and followed us to the cage. It was as if they were escorting us to the cage themselves. Once we got into the water I found it easier to just hold my breath and go to the bottom of the cage and record they with my gopro. Once underwater we also heard noise from whales although we were not able to see them. We were able to be in the tank for 20 minutes then switched out so the other family could go into the tank. Once we were back in the boat waiting for the other family to finish their turn we saw the whales! I would highly recommend this experience with this company to anyone looking to do this.

10/10 Recommend - This was my first ever excursion alone! It was awesome and I was extremely comfortable! The instructors were great and the footage is absolutely worth it!
