Buyer beware when booking with this excursion company - Unfortunately the tour operator did not show up. He blamed Viator and said they did not inform him. However he also said this is not the first time this has happened with Viator. My question is then as a business operator, why use a company to book your tours if they have neglected to let you know you have tours booked? Poor business practices probably means poor experience. We were sad to miss this opportunity, but maybe for best. If you plan to use this company know that they may not be reliable. We have used Viator for many excursions all around and never encountered this.
