Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our 13 year old - Amazing experience for our 13 year old son, who has never surfed before. The guys were so nice & very professional. He wore his own reef shoes, but they had them if he had needed them. They fitted him with an wetsuit top and he was ready to go. After a brief lesson on land, they hit the water to find some waves. They went out a lot further than I thought they would, but I felt comfortable knowing that he was with an experienced surfer/swimmer. After his 1-1/2 hour lesson, he came in tired and excited. Not only did he have a fantastic time, he also rode several (like a dozen) waves and learned to catch his own waves without help. He had so much fun that we decided to squeeze in one more lesson before our flight home. The personal lesson is definitely the way to go. He was able to learn so much in a short amount of time because the instructor was focused on him. The selling point for us was the GoPro camera mounted to the board. We will get this videos in a couple of days and look forward to seeing the view from out on the water.

Book it, you will not regret it. - Amazing experience. My 10 year old son kept asking to go back and do more! Mike and his staff were patient and experienced. They made sure we caught waves and advised on how to correct our stance if we ditched, meaning me. lol. I will book this again when we are back on the island. Thank you Mike and team!

Awesome surfing... - Awesome surfing experience. Met instructor on the beach, spent a few minutes going over basics, then got in the water. Instructor helped catch the waves and tell you when to stand up. Location was perfect, nice waves spaced apart so you could ride them for about 20-30 seconds. I had prior stand up paddle board, kayaking, and skiing experience, so was able to stand up on the board right away. The balance and control felt similar to other activities. Other classmates I was with struggled at the beginning, but the instructor worked with them constantly until they could and up on the board by the end of the lesson. It was the right amount of time, as my shoulders were tired at the end of the lesson. Instructor provided rash guard or neoprene top. Bring your own water shoes, as the reef is rocky and sharp. I did the 0700 lesson and the waves were perfect at the beginning, closer to 0830 the waves were shorter. The water was chilly, but with the neoprene I was warm. I liked the 0700 lesson as the beach wasn’t too crowded

Wonderful - The instructor was patient and fun. It was a wonderful day on the water. Book this trip if you want to have a great first experience with surfing. I can’t wait to see the go-pro pictures

So much fun! - This was so much fun! My lesson ended up being one on one, so I had plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get in a lot of practice with Mike’s oversight. Safety was never a concern either, which is always important when doing activities like this. Would definitely recommend for anyone new to surfing who might like a guided introduction and practice!

The best surf instructors for kids and adults! - This was our first time surfing for my son and me, and it was an unforgettable experience! 🌊 We both managed to get up and catch several waves my son definitely caught more than I did! 😄 Our instructor was fantastic incredibly patient, encouraging, and full of helpful tips that made the learning process so much easier. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try surfing for the first time or improve their skills! 🏄‍♂️✨

Five stars for Michael! - Michael was a wonderful instructor. Go Pro footage sent as promised. Five stars. Some initial confusion about meet up spot was cleared up quickly. Kids talked about how fun this was and wanting to do this again more than any other thing we did on the vacation.

Great time - Mike was great. My fiancé and I were at different skill levels and he was able to help us both. We both got up on the board and had an awesome time.
