The Moana Catamaran is located on the south end of Kewalo Harbor, at slip D 108.we recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to departure time. Boarding begins 15 min prior to departure time. Best parking is located on the north and east and south ends of the harbor.

Couldn't go but the company was very helpful and kind!! Full refund! - Unfortunately, there was a maintenance issue with the boat so we were notified by phone the night prior to our tour. We had an option for a full refund or rescheduling for the next day. Since we wanted to go pretty badly, we said we would like to go the next day. But the maintenance guy couldn't get it fixed in time and it had to be cancelled. The company was in touch the entire time and they ended up giving us the full refund due to our time constraints. I was impressed they were so helpful and absolutely apologetic for an issue that they really couldn't control. I've owned boats for over 20 years at home, so I understood that some stuff just happens! Can't wait to come back to Hawaii and get to utilize their service in the future!!!

Fun time - Fun morning on the Moana Catamaran watching for whales and sea turtles! Saw some calves and a mother and 3 sea turtles. Wear slip on shoes as you will have to take off your footwear once you board. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are recommended.

Kamaʻaina . Loved the Hawaiian music and crew. - We are from here and have been on MANY whale watches.. It was great to have Hawaiian music and a wonderful crew. Wish we had seen more whales!!!!

1 st experience of the new year - Beautiful voyage! Shared the experience with family, 9 of us and three were children ages 10 and two 6 year olds. Saw whales, dolphins, sea turtles and stingrays. Would definitely recommend

Great whale-watching tour - Great company, great excursion! The catamaran is well-maintained and comfortable. Having two restrooms onboard, as well as beverages is a huge plus (water is free, non-alcoholic drinks are three dollars and alcoholic beverages are six dollars each as of late 2022). The crew is capable, friendly and kind. We had a great time (family of four including two teens) and would recommend this company to anyone! And yes, we saw whales!

Whales didn’t cooperate,... - Whales didn’t cooperate, but it was a very relaxing, enjoyable excursion. The crew was top-notch. Would definitely recommend the catamaran.

Whale Watching On A Catamaran - Heart skipping excitement upon the beautiful waters of Waikiki, as we kept a watchful eye out for the unbelievable whales. The crew was friendly and patience and taught us to be the same.Lol! Finally, we saw the awesome creatures in the water! Well worth the wait!

Awesome. The crew knew... - Awesome. The crew knew right where the whales were. We saw about 20 whales consistently for about an hour! It was such a great experience. The catamaran was clean and comfy!

A good way to spend a couple of hours - The crew was great, the boat was clean and comfortable. We didn’t get close to any whales but could see a few tails in the distance. We also saw a few dolphins from a distance. On the return to to harbour, we went past Turtle Canyon and saw a couple of turtles and a variety of fish. We enjoyed our time and would recommend this company.

Disappointing - We were cancelled without notice 3 hrs before a 8 am tour from the tour operator. They DID not contact viator to get in touch with us. Totally irresponsible.
We spent $ 46.00 on cab fair. Which was NOT refunded by Viator. We're going to take this further. We will never trust Viator again. Watch for a negative review.
