Fireworks Cruise - Music was good and the operators were very friendly and entertaining. They also served drinks which was unexpected.

Very fun and relaxing. - Very fun. The crew did a great job. Johnny worked hard to make sure everyone was happy. We took fireworks cruise which was more on the relaxing side. They do offer many options for day cruising. Highly recommend.

Great cruise - This was a great cruise. It was great seeing sunset, cruising the Honolulu coast, then perfect position for the fireworks. Boat was a good size with lots of space for everyone. Crew was friendly and competent. Easy to find. Good value for the price. Highly recommend.

Paradise on the waves! - Fantastic experience! Easy to find, quick check in, on time boarding! Great, attentive crew… saw spectacular sunset on the water! Great perspective of all the high rise buildings and resorts from the water! Happy, social passengers and good music on board! Stunning views of Diamond Head at sunset. The fantastic fireworks show capped off this adventure with a bang! Highly recommend!!

Ok, nickel and dimed - The boat cruise was fine. I think the fireworks are better viewed from the beach. We paid the advertised amount through tripadvisor.
In the fine print, sent to us after booking, was information regarding an additional fuel surcharge per passenger. Seems like a really silly way to make a little more money. I would suggest putting that information in bold on the initial booking page.

Save Your Money and Watch From the Shore - Boarding was prompt at 6:30p but that’s where the fun ended. The boat proceeded to the viewing spot moving as slowly as it possibly could. The movement was so slow the boat rolled from side to side the whole time.
Even at this slow pace we were there in 30 minutes. If it was going at a normal speed, we would have been there in about 7 to 8 minutes. And then we just sat there for 45 minutes until the fireworks began.
The fireworks were wonderful but are only 5 minutes long, after which we headed back to the dock. Arrived at 8pm, not the 2 hour cruise as promised.
The crew were very upbeat and friendly and they did offer free small pours of Mai Tais and small bagged snacks. But really, small compensation for a disappointing tour.

Sunset cruise canceled No Notice - The sunset portion of the cruise was canceled with no notice. We arrived to go on the sunset cruise and informed that we would be leaving an hour later than planned and only see fireworks for 5 minutes. We canceled as did many others who were equally frustrated to have been misled. We did request a full refund.

Need a call back - A lot better explanation on location of meeting location spent 2 hrs walking around never located so totally lost out on event I only wish you had. Telephone number to talk to a live person about bad experience and if any way to reschedule please have someone call me asap thank you Rene Hernandez 2142988303
