Whale Watching in Waikiki - Though this is one of the smaller boats you'll see while on the ocean, the energy of the staff and the knowledge they have really makes up for it. This small company is well deserving of everyone's support--book them!! We saw so many whales, and learned a lot about the Hawaiian waters & how to preserve them the way they are. The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate!

Successful and comfortable! - We saw a mama and baby! It was great. Jake and Dallan did a wonderful job! Thank you for a successful trip!

Whale Watching in Waikiki! - We did the whale watching tour, and loved it! Captain Aiden was a great captain and kept us safe. Emily was our deckhand and did an awesome job making sure everyone felt comfortable and killed it as the whale song expert. Imran was our whale watching naturalist and never ran out of fun facts about whales, dolphins, sea turtles, and the local area. The whole crew made it an unforgettable adventure. Imran started the trip with some yummy coffee and fun whale facts. Together throughout the trip we saw dolphins, whales, and a turtle! We saw it all! It was so much fun and we can't wait to go back out and see everything again. P.S. rent the binoculars and get some dremamine from the shop if you're prone to sea sickness.

Whales and sea turtles!!! - The Honolulu Snorkel Company’s Whale Watching Tour was an amazing experience! We booked through the Go City Pass which was super easy to use. The confirmation email from the Honolulu Snorkel Company gave very specific details on where to check in which was helpful. The tour was such an experience! We saw humpback whales fairly quickly after leaving the harbor! It was amazing! We saw whales for like 35-40 minutes. It was amazing! Captain Sundance and Holli knew so much about the whales, the ocean, and Hawaii! It was really amazing! I’ve never experienced anything like this before! And the island was beautiful from the water including a rainbow! The tour ended with sea turtles! It was great!!! FYI, the people in the front of the boat got soaked! We were in the middle and got fairly wet as well (I’m sure it depends on ocean conditions). Our family has never done anything like this before, and we all loved it! (Husband, 16 yo son, 14 yo daughter, myself)

Great boat and crew! - We went on the early morning whale watching tour and had a great time! We were able to see dolphins, a whale, and lots of fish. The crew on the boat included Captain Sundance, Milo the cute co-captain, Holly, and Billy. They all did an excellent job. They provided entertain, some education about the waters and fish and overall just went over the trop to make this a great experience.

Excited to see whales. - We saw several humpback whales. The captain took us where he had seen them in the morning and they were there. We saw them breaching, and blowing water, as well as the calves swimming with their mothers. It was very exciting. We were on a flat bottomed boat and every so often went through a wave and got a bit soaked but it added to the experience of being so close to the ocean. I would definitely do this again.

Amazing! A good day and saw lots of whales. - Excellent! Info about which pier and to check into the office first was a bit confusing. Customer issue/conflict were dealt with respectfully and quickly. Captain could encourage guests to leave shoes on the dock with more information (eg. so they don't get washed off the open area into the sea). Otherwise a great cruise!

The tour was advertised... - The tour was advertised with welcome drinks, none was offered. The crew was good and we saw whales, dolphins, turtles and tons of beautiful fishes were also visible on the surface

No whale sightings - Boat ride and staff were great but we didn't see any whales. Wish I didn't spend my money on this even though the boat ride was great. One drink included per person.

Poor Communication, Resold the tickets - Our experience with honolulu snorkel adventures was dismal. We received our first cancelation of the whale tour on Jan 6, Additional dates were offered and so we signed up for December 7 in the time slot of 4-6 p.m. This tour was also canceled the day of and we had later confirmation that the boat went out on a private charter so they sold our tickets to higher bidders. They then charged our go city pass on Jan 6th which made our pass invalid at 12 midnight so we had no other options to use it the next day. We called 20 plus times within 2 days. We eventually went to the boat dock and confronted the staff. Now we need to thank Victoria for trying her best to make the huge mistake better. She loaned us snorkels and a go pro for the afternoon. She was the only bright light in this experience. I feel that we have lost out on the financial expenses of the whale watching tour since it was the first tour we booked in Oahu. Compensation for this cost should be offered.
