The provided SUV can accommodate up to 4 passengers for a fixed cost. This makes it an excellent choice for commemorating unique events or simply having a fun journey with your family and children. Further, this tour lets you align your itinerary as per your preferences, allowing you to visit those sights which align best with your requirements and hobbies.
- Child rate applies only when accompanied by 2 paying adults
- Children between 1-8 years (or heaver than 20 pounds) must be in in the back seat (some exceptions apply) and strapped into either: - A rear-facing car seat until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A front-facing car seat with a 5 point harness until they reach the maximum height/weight limit for the seat - A booster seat if under 4 feet 9 inches and over the height/weight limit for a car seat - A regular seat belt in the back seat if taller than 4 feet 9 inches
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Glacier Point is usually closed during winter from November to April. Any of the tour highlights may be closed due to weather or construction. We will do our best to show alternative sites.
- Infants from 0-1 years must be in the back seat strapped into a rear-facing car seat until they reach 20 pounds
- Parents with small children must provide car seats and/or booster seats if necessary

It was important to know the place and history. The Sequoias are trees incredible. - Nice travel, I enjoy it, the guide has an important knowledge of the place and its history. He vas excellent!!

Great time - Great guide. Plenty of cold drinks, park facts, and flexible attitude. Order of events was great. Highly recommend the early start to avoid crowds and beat the heat.

Great time for a young family! - Had a great time with Mike! He adapted to our family's needs. We were able to enjoy the highlights of Yosemite and still take it slow enough for the little ones. Highly recommend!

Very Knowledgeable Tour - Great tour! Amanda was very knowledgeable and adjusted the tour to our needs and what we wanted to see. Highly recommend this tour if you have no vehicle to drive thru Yosemite.

Great private tour - Amanda was a great guide and very knowledgeable about Yosemite. Also, very flexible with our my family’s requests. One negative which was not our guide’s fault. We were asked about dietary restrictions for lunch. My wife and daughter are gluten free. Spoke to a rep and he said gluten free sandwiches were no problem along with no condiments on the sandwiches. Unfortunately, all the sandwiches were with regular bread and had condiments on them. It was a but disappointing to what was otherwise a great day, but for the price the tour company should get it right. Luckily, we had some snacks to augment a partial lunch. No fault of our guide. She was wonderful.

Wonderful in every respect! - My wife and I opted for the private SUV tour - it was fantastc!!! Our tour guide Laurie was wonderful! She has so much experience, knows every turn and view, has an incredible wealth of interesting information and it was fun to spend the day with her. We highly recommend this tour and you should ask if you can get Laurie for your guide. Best, Keith from Portland

Private Tour from Fresno to Yosemite NP with our guide Daniel - A "Bucket List" visit to Yosemite National Park almost did not eventuate!!
Following months of planning our pre booked tour to the Park was cancelled
We,( my Son, Granddaughter and I) arrived late afternoon in Fresno having travelled quite a long distance there in an SUV with the idea of visiting Yosemite next morning.
However the tour was cancelled due to insufficient numbers. It was to be our second last day in USA as we were returning home to Australia. We were devastated as there was little hope of us returning in the future - so near and yet so far.
The Co-ordinator from Crossroads Tours was sympathetic to our plight and arranged to provide a special private tour for the 3 of us. To our delight and early start the next morning the wonderful Daniel came to our rescue - and so began one of the most interesting and memorable days of our lives.
Daniel told us how he and his siblings had used Yosemite as their playground when they were growing up as they lived in Oakdale close by. He told us countless entertaining stories in a quiet and engaging way and encouraged us to ask questions. No questions were left unanswered, his knowledge is superior.
His knowledge was endless about the early inhabitants of the Park, the different tribes of Indians and their survival in harsh conditions; the settlers who built cabins; the intrepid adventurers who still attempt to climb El Capitan every year; the animals who live in the Park; the names of the beautiful trees and herbs; waterfalls; mountains - so many incredible things.
We were thrilled when it began snowing during lunch at the beautiful old Hotel and excited with the picture postcard scenes we captured in photos to take home to show friends.
Daniel gallantly saved my mum more than once from sliding in the snow!!
We did not want the day to end.
Without our excellent guide Daniel, it would never have started.
You will not be disappointed by requesting Daniel to be your guide.
BECAUSE OF YOU DANIEL WE HAVE SO MANY WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF YOSEMITE THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE 3 OF US.
