The boat tour was a nice relaxing ride on the lake. About captain was good in answering our questions about the lake area.

Our first experience with Fun Time Sports was for a one hour tour. I liked the jovial banter of the staff and having a woman at the helm gave me the confidence to rent and drive a pontoon boat the next day, which was soooo much fun and so easy! We would absolutely recommend FTS to anyone coming to Deep Creek Lake!

It really wasn’t the employee's issue or was it, you decide. We had some very self centered folks who brought on board some type of speaker playing music that wouldn’t be generic and they were drinking. And they seemed to be using their phones to video themselves however I was next to them. I felt uncomfortable with this activity. I noted we did not sign a waiver of our privacy rights nor a notice of rules etc. so wasn’t in a position to balk, The young man didn’t seem to have any skills in managing the public. He pretty much agreed with their requests one time asking about the music and only one person said okay. I realize these young 20’s (the guests and the boat driver) are of a different generation than me and my 35-42 year old kids but I do think there should be some way to keep everyone happy- the ride itself was enjoyable and I learned some history of the lake etc. from the driver.
