A truly special experience - Unforgettable and so worth the money and time! Oswaldo put so much care into every detail. He has an impressive depth of knowledge about Oaxaca cuisine, a knack for teaching, and a warm way of hosting that makes you feel both as if you are having a luxury experience and as if you are passing time with a friend. I left with a full belly, a big smile, and a few new recipes to replicate at home.

Great cooking lesson and immersion in the Mexican culture - Great experience, learnt a lot about the mexican culture. The old cooking techniques and moderns. The food was delicious and it was great to do it from scratch. Oswaldo is a great chef and a great teacher. I would definitely recommend it to other people and would do te recipes at home. Thank you again for this experience.

Thank you for a wonderful evening of cooking! - It’s always a little intimidating doing classes with groups as a solo traveler but I was made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The chef was passionate about the food and the rich culture of Oaxaca. Him and his sous chef were welcoming, informative and inviting. They made the whole class intriguing. Can’t wait to get home and try out some of these recipes!

Chilled but cosy and charming cooking experience! - We were a group of 8 and with Oswaldo and his partner We made Tortilla, memelas, mole with chicken, chocolate tamale and salsa sauce. We had fun pounding the salsa sauce, rolling the mole, making the Tortilla and grilling it first time in our lives! We are excited to bring home the recipes and make it for our family :) and thank you to the other participants who were encouraging and having good conversations!

Cooking, Laughs, and Amazing Food with Alejandro and Chef Osvaldo - This was a great way to experience and understand Oaxacan cuisine! The open-air kitchen was spotless, welcoming, and the perfect setting for a fun, hands-on class. Alejandro and Chef Osvaldo were amazing hosts. They spoke excellent English, kept everyone laughing, and made sure we were involved in every step of preparing a delicious variety of dishes, including dessert. We enjoyed great food, drinks, and plenty of time to chat with others in the group. Chef Osvaldo is not just a cook but a true chef with a master’s degree and a book on Oaxacan cuisine. Together, they are creating an authentic local cooking school that feels full of passion and heart. They even took photos and videos for us to remember the day. Highly recommended for anyone who loves food, culture, and good company.

It felt like friends cooking together - Chef Oswaldo put together a varied and delicious menu. The steps were well thought-out and clearly described in the written recipes for home use. The lesson was relaxed, with time to share stories, learn a little Oaxacan history, and share cooking duties. Very enjoyable...

Koreans, why don't you know this cooking class? - It's a warm new cooking class that opened in May this year! A lot of Koreans come and I'll write it tightly in Korean. Advantages 1. Caza Sabrosa and 8 minutes walk away! Completely close to Santo Domingo without having to walk 2. It's still open early. There are still open teeth, so it's very honest and the menu is diverse. 3. If the menu remains, it is possible to pack it all, and the space is decorated with affection. 4. Well-maintained hygiene may be slightly different from what Koreans expect. I was satisfied enough. 5. There's not much publicity, so I enjoy my days in private. How long in the future can I do it in private? 6. The chef's pride in cooking is incredibly strong and he's also a cookbook! I went in the morning and didn't have breakfast. Come and get some chocolate and bread. 7. English really good. I can't speak English anymore, and you can explain the names of the ingredients in Spanish. I had no idea of participating in cooking classes while traveling, but it was so much fun to experience and feel here. Go alone and have too many sheep and chocolate? The same thing was not packed, but those who will go in the future will ask the boss if there is a refrigerator seat and I recommend packing it. The experience is good, but the reason I didn't apply there was because the many people were worried about how mechanical the owner would be if they were going to experience it. The friendliness boss Oswaldo, the chef, would like to encourage you to go back to Cooking Class. 👍🏻 I'll leave a phone number in the list of people's accommodation. I'm gonna use it as a print to find out. You gave me a new taste that I thought was dark. You're really not happy.
