The “Helados y Destilados” tasting offers a selection of seven expertly crafted sorbets, each featuring a unique Mexican fruit, along with a single dessert sorbet containing milk, appealing to a wide range of tastes while focusing on mostly vegan-friendly options. These frozen treats are expertly paired with rare agave spirits, including exclusive selections from Oaxaca, providing a comprehensive tasting experience that covers the rich diversity of Mexico’s distilling traditions.
