Great Way to Celebrate a Birthday - What a fun experience! I was with my niece celebrating her 16th birthday. We saw lots of dolphins and our captain retraced some of our tracks so we could see them jumping. Pretty cool. Captain and Assistant were very upbeat and friendly. Music was a little too loud, but heck I'm 76 so a bit cranky!!!! Loved the whole thing .

Best boat ride ever - This trip was awesome! So much fun. The staff was very informative and could tell they really wanted everyone to have a great experience. I will definitely be riding this boat again when I visit. So worth every penny. If you like to get wet and splashed sit in the back!! Hold onto your hats it goes fast!!!

They cancelled our trip morning of - The cancelled our trip 2 hours before we were suppose to be going “due to weather” They gave me a full refund so still gave them 3 stars, we were really bummed though

Missed the experience! - We reserved ahead of time for Sept 23. Rcvd a text message that due to a lack of staff and interest the ride had to be cancelled and it was a beautiful sunny day. We called and re-booked for Thurs (our last day of vac).
On Thursday I called in the morning to be sure we were still scheduled and we were told yes. We drove there and unfortunately waited around some time and at the last minute it began to rain. Therefore, we lost out on the experience. However, we were refunded. Very disappointed we missed out for we were looking forward to it. Maybe next year!

Hmmm, how is giving these people 5 stars?? - Booked and received confirmation email and text. Even received a reminder text half hour before event time. Sea Rocket was a no show. No one called or text saying it was canceled. When trying to call the phone number we were placed on hold for 45 mins and then told they can’t guarantee we would get a refund because the tickets were non refundable even though they were the no show, not use. Talking with others around the area, this is a common issue with this group. How they get the high star rating is beyond me.

Never booking again - Let’s see, due to the weather it was cancelled . Sea rocket does not give back full refunds they shorted me $20 and received no service at from them feel bad for anyone else that booked they probably made$ 1,600 and never took the boat out good job ripping people off

Do not schedule - takes your money . - I was scheduled for a 4pm tour and the tour guide asked if i could 10:30am instead due to weather. I said yes, then gave ample time in the morning letting them know that our travels got delayed and we wouldn’t be able to make it. The guide was texting me and being responsive when I was asking questions about the tour, but as soon as I mentioned that I wanted a refund due to not being able to make the changed time out of no control of my own, he went silent even after three follow up texts. DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH THEM. it is at no fault of mine that the time I specifically knew I could make (4pm) was moved by them because of the weather. And now they want to be radio silent when asked for a refund. Never book with them again and I damn sure will be contacting my bank to remove the fee.

No ride - We never went on the Sea Rocket. We showed up the day it was scheduled, waited two hours then they cancelled it. We showed up two days later and they cancelled again.
