ATV Excursion - The ATVs were in great shape! The path for the ride was circling the same path, but still pretty good. Great pictures on the coastline.

ATVs at the pace you want - This experience was amazing! Getting to cruise down a beach at full tilt beside the ocean is a moment that we'll never forget. The guides were friendly and helpful. They split the group into two, so everyone could go at a pace they would enjoy. We went with the faster group and weaving through the mangroves and cruising next the waves was everything.
The welcome area is nice with a cute gift shop and great bar. Highly recommend a pina colada with curacao after you get back.

Horse riding and ATV. - Absolutely brilliant time on the ATV. The tour guides where brilliant. Quickly identified the good riders and separated into 2 groups. Fast riders and slow riders. So both groups enjoyed the experience. Horse riding was good also my wife loved the part of riding in the sea. Definitely would do this again next time we are in Jamaica 🇯🇲

Great, Personalized Experience - My friend and I enjoyed our ATV experience with Chukka Adventures. We were the only 2 riders at the time we went, which allowed us each to have a guide with us.
My guide, Jarred, was phenomenal! He was friendly and once he realized I had previous experience with ATVs, he personalized my experience by allowing me to ride ahead of my friend and take various routes at a safe, yet enjoyable, speed.

Family of 4 ATV experienced - We had a wonderful time. Got a chance to ride the bike and drive the car. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I will try again when I come back! - I didn’t get to go but the customers service and transparency of not been able to have adequate pick for the last minute booking. She extremely nice and apologetic. I will book early next time.

Fun, to short. - I booked the Safari on the Mein Schiff cruise. Riding is fun, way to short for the price, 45 minutes max. A bottle of water should be included at that price and 30 degrees celsius. The guides were kind a cocky.

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - We arrived and the staff immediately had a bad attitude. The booking confirmation has no details to what tour we are doing, so they just assumed and assigned us to any tour that fell within the price point we paid. WHICH WAS INCORRECT and the attendant refused to fix it and gave us an absolute hard time. It took over 45 minutes of going back and forth before we had to just settle with doing 1 tour although we paid for 2. During our horrendous waiting period I made commentary to my friend that some of the products in the giftshop might be overpriced because we are in a giftshop. The attendant at the gift shop verbally attacked me about my commentary!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. SUPPORT LOCAL there are LOCAL companies offering these tours for cheaper, and better. CHUKKA is an absolute scam. The only pleasant part of our excursion was the actual guides who did the ATV Tour. EVERYONE ELSE WAS AWFUL. And we werent the only ones, as we began our tour we oversaw another customer come in CRYINGGG and frustrated because they also messed up her booking.

Wrong Itinerary - ATV Safari Tour was listed as a historic tour on ATV's (no talk of this) and a swim in a clear pond. When we arrived, they had no idea about a swim. Since the listing said to bring a sunscreen, bathing suit and towel, we brought a backpack. Now since we couldn't bring it on the ATV's, they wanted $10 to store it in a locker. It was not wroth the $100 for a 4 hour trip with only a 50 minutes on the ATV's.
